Cityscape Apartments

Lived here for 19/20 months in this time I’ve been trespassed, lied on, had to make threats to bring the city out to get stuff fixed or replaced. Spoke with corporate and they’re mediocre. At least they allowed me to break my lease for free. Honestly wouldn’t recommend but if you’re in need it’s good enough. I would also like to mention it’s odd all the black residents have a complaint that hasn’t been addressed but the Hispanic community is fine since the staff is all Spanish. I wouldn’t recommended if you’re black or a woman AT ALL!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! RUN! ROACHES! BED BUGS! THE WATER IS OFF ONCE A WEEK! THEY HAVE HIDDEN WATER FEES, GAS FEES AND EVERYTHING ELSE, SHOOTINGS PERIODICALLY ON THE WEEKENDS! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A TENANT! Please do not rent here!!!

Wonderful people in the office, always willing to help. Grill area is upgraded, super chill spot - Tino maintenance dude is great only maintenance guy working right now and he deserves credit working through this heat! Apartment super clean!!!

It seems to be under new management and so far big fan of it, Ms Valencia and the staff are amazing, so helpful and caring !! These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues Making it more of a home you want to come to ! Loveee the upgrades

We love living here! We recently came to live in the USA, Aura and her team were the only ones willing to help us and find a solution to the problem of not having a rental history, they supported and guided us at all times. The apartment was recently remodeled, it is very nice and the space is perfect for our needs; Every time we've had a minor detail of maintenance, they quickly come to fix it. The gym, pool and Jacuzzi are newly remodeled and very nice! It is also super well located, since walking or by car less than 5 minutes away we have everything (supermarkets, plazas, exit to the freeway)! *Honestly, we also found roaches upon arrival, but we knew it's a problem throughout Texas, and with some traps we bought at the grocery store (combat max) we fixed it in less than a week. Although here in the management they also offer you a pest control service.
