MAA Cathedral Arts

I just moved into my first studio apartment and I’m so in love with the unit. It’s spacious, I have an incredible view, and the big windows make for great lighting. MAA Cathedral arts has well-kept amenities that I ACTUALLY want to use! Crystal gave me my tour and she was fantastic. She had great energy, she was so sweet and informative. She knows her stuff! She has been a great resource since signing my lease. Jasmine is also a big help and so sweet. I feel confident knowing these two ladies are always there when I have any questions.

We moved into this community about six months ago. Because we were relocating to the city, we signed the lease without being able to visit in person. Based on the information provided, we felt confident in the decision. Unfortunately, if we had toured beforehand, we would not have chosen this property. At move-in, the apartment was not properly cleaned or fully functional, which we documented on our checklist. Since then, we have submitted MANY maintenance requests for various issues within both the unit and the building. The most concerning issue is security. The garage gate (a primary layer of protection for residents’ vehicles) has been non-functional for weeks at a time. During this same period, there have been reported car break-ins in the garage, and we have personally seen broken car windows and glass left on the floor. Despite this, management states they are not responsible for vehicle incidents. It is difficult to reconcile that position when basic access control is not consistently maintained, as this directly impacts residents’ sense of safety. The police has been here many times due to dangerous situations on the premises. Common areas not well maintained. The hallways are worn and unattractive, the elevator is dirty on weekends, and the package room is extremely disorganized. It can take 15–20 minutes just to locate a package due to the lack of organization. The pool area is also much smaller than it appears online, and because of the building layout, you only get direct sunlight until around 2 PM before the building blocks it entirely. This was disappointing, especially given how heavily the amenities are marketed. We have also experienced ongoing noise issues that maintenance acknowledged but has been unable to resolve. We are currently sleeping with earplugs until they find a solution. Despite this, I will say the maintenance team is excellent, very polite and do what they can! Finally this area of Ross Avenue is not walkable. There is almost always sketchy people outside to say the least. While staff communication has been polite, non of these major issues have been resolved and the recurring maintenance problems, security concerns, and overall lack of upkeep make it impossible to recommend this property.

I moved in here about 2 months ago and I’m loving my apartment. The buildings are clean, quiet, and are located walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Crystal was helpful throughout my walkthrough and was attentive to what my needs were. I have nothing but great things to say about these apartments and staff. Also has beautiful sunset views

I recently moved into MAA Cathedral Arts, and so far everything has been great. Patricia was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire move-in process. She’s been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had and truly seems to care about her residents. This is my first time living alone, and my unit has amazing natural lighting, plenty of space, and was spotless on move-in day. I’m really excited to call this place home for the next year!

I have no words for how amazing this place has been. I've been here for almost a month now and I'm still grateful for this apartment. I had so many other bad experiences with apartments in the last few years but this one exceeded my expectations. Patricia helped me so much with the tour and the leasing process; she is very welcoming, explains everything in detail, and it's notieable she loves what she does and loves being around here. I really appreciate her and all her hard working. The building is always clean, the garage is great, and the apartment itself is gorgeous and very spacious. There are a club area, pool, gym 24/7, study spaces, amazon locker, etc. I love the amenities. I had to call the maintenance team twice and they have always been attentive, great, and fast to solve my issues. The environment here is welcoming as well, not just the staffs but also the residents; the majority of the residents that I have seen are nice and respectful. I simply love living here, it's somehow different. Thank you for that!!!
