Great apartments everyone is friendly with each other which is different except for some lady named Angelica Diaz always starting up stuff with the neighbors

You'd be better off looking for new ones in other areas. They used to respond quickly to maintenance requests, but now it's been a week and they haven't even bothered to address it. Depending on the apartment's location, everything seems fine, but as soon as you get near the parking lot, you can hear all the neighbors' music and the noise from people drinking in the garbage area. There's a strong smell of marijuana, and the office staff doesn't do anything about it. It's a shame, especially since there are children living here.
