I was very interested in these apartments and decided to stop by for more information and to possibly tour a unit. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I’ve toured several apartment communities today, and this was by far the least welcoming experience I had. The leasing agent, Gracie Martinez, did not seem engaged or interested in assisting me. Very little information was offered voluntarily, and I had to repeatedly ask questions to get basic details about the property and units. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and uninviting, which left a negative impression.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Paige Diaz for the outstanding job she has done as an Assistant Manager. Throughout some very challenging times in my personal life, Paige has consistently gone above and beyond to support me and ensure I stayed on track with my rent. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care for residents truly stand out. She didn’t just do her job—she showed compassion, understanding, and a willingness to help that made a real difference for me and my family. Paige communicated clearly, worked with me when I needed guidance, and always treated me with respect. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a high level of empathy. Paige Diaz is a true asset to your team, and her dedication does not go unnoticed. I am incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me. Thank you for having someone like Paige on your staff.

Management is outstanding even tho im not at this complex this team helped me get into a sister complex in a short period of time with a deal I couldn't refuse. Sarah and Paige were lovely people and the sweetest if i ever need help again with any apartments Im for sure coming back to them. And as a new apartment owner they really helped me with everything and anything. 10/10 recommend coming to these two lovely ladies.!

I have shifted newly to Texas.I like Cedar Lakes,it is a nice place,comfortable and peaceful place.It has good view of the nature.The staff are also very beautiful and friendly.It has become my second home.( :
