Great place to stay, work orders are worked in a timely manner . Office staff very nice and understanding . Community have giveaways. Family oriented residence

First, I would like to Thank the Management staff for a wonderful experience. When I applied it was stated that I need to pay an at-risk fee plus the first month rent. I paid it without any complaints etc., Every time I have a maintenance issue it is fixed and a timely manner. When I wanted reserve parking, I located my spot and paid the fee for the parking. Perla Valenzuela is 100% Super along with everyone else in the office. I recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment home.

This was the worst experience I've ever had! It was infested with roaches, and I even had problems with mice. This complex really needs negative stars... not one star. Every time I called for maintenance for issues pertaining to plumbing or anything minor, I was always told to leave a review. The maintenance was so adamant about me leaving a positive review, and I see why.. they try to make up for the bad conditions with positive reviews from unsuspecting new tenants. When I left this complex, cars were getting broken into throughout the night, and mine was targeted 3 times. There's no security and the buildings are infested with roaches and yea... mice. Don't walk away... RUN from this place. They'll make excuses for everything... instead of excuses.. make changes. The tenants matter... I suggest anyone looking to move in here look through the reviews and ask around before committing to this complex... there's better out there if you're willing to find it.
