Canyon Creek Apartments

I lived here for two years in Building 6 and had a really good experience. The complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly and drama-free, management is responsive and helpful, maintenance is fast and always resolves issues to satisfaction. The pool was clean and open all year, laundry facilities were easy to use, waste was never a problem, and the gate worked well and was fixed promptly when needed. My one bedroom 550 sqft apartment faced the storm drain and 75, so aside from the traffic noises I enjoyed watching the sunrise and family of ducks, possems, and squirrels.

Terrible customer service. I called to inquire about pricing and to receive basic information about the property, only to be told that I would need to make 12 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT to qualify. Twelve times???That requirement is not only excessive, it is wildly out of touch with the financial reality of most working individuals. Rather than offering clarification or alternatives, the interaction felt very dismissive and unhelpful. Policies and communication like this reflect a lack of professionalism and consideration for prospective residents. This experience alone was enough to completely deter me from moving forward with this complex.

Amazing experience in my first week with everything smooth sailing including a minor fix in the apartment which was promptly done. Very pleased
