I been a resident for 6 + yrs. The ladies in the office are so nice if you ask them questions they are so polite they help you make sure everything in your apartment stay working, my dog was lost and they help me look for it unfortunately i did not find it but i appreciate they trying to help me. I toured an apartment with Brisa and had a great experience. She was very helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail, including the application process and the paperwork needed. Since I work in construction and get paid in cash, I had concerns, but she never made me feel like she couldn’t help me. She was professional, patient, and truly supportive throughout the process.
