I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is friendly, the building is clean and well kept and the people that live here are very pleasant and friendly. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets resolved fairly quickly. I also just absolutely love this area because it’s so centrally located while still being more quiet and peaceful. The Katy trail is a 5 minute walk away, with everything that you need within a 5 minute drive. The only negative experience that I’ve had living here has been the issues with some of the elevators not working, which honestly seems to be a common theme across a lot of apartments. Other than that, definitely recommend!

This review is for touring only, but Allison is fantastic. She made me feel so at home, hand answers to all of my questions, was so communicative and quick to reply after the tour, I’d recommend anyone to check out Cantabria! Such a beautiful property.

This is a great place to live! Top tier Staff, great location, maintenance requested are always completed quickly, and the building is always clean and feels safe

Just moved in to Cantabria about a month ago. My stay here has been nothing short of amazing. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in Dallas. Allison with the Cantabria staff has been an amazing help, allowing a seamless move in experience for us!!
