I took a few months after moving out to write this review and am writing now because I love my current apartment and can’t believe how different it is to this dump I used to live at. It started off fine when I first moved in July 2024, around 6 months in is when everything went down hill. Pool has been closed since May 2025. Even when the pool was open it felt like a community pool between random groups of kids (who do not live there) showing up and doing backflips in a 4’ deep pool to families hosting birthday parties with 30+ people to where you can’t even go down there yourself. Elevator is always broken, at one point it was broken for over a month straight. Surrounded by homeless, some of which who hop the fence (I’ve watched this happen) or go through the broken gates to sleep in the hallway. My next door neighbor used to let their dog poop on the balcony then would throw it over into the yard (also watched this). My other neighbor had a domestic dispute at 4am on a Tuesday and got blood all over the hallway from fighting and then the cops had to come (witnessed this too). The people who live there are trash and jobless. Random fees would come out of nowhere at points I was somehow paying over $250 in just building fees and utilities. Management changed three times in the time I lived there. When I moved out they tried to charge me for carpet repairs except when I moved in I took before pictures of the already matted carpet. As soon as I said this the charges were dropped. So that was nice however it was shady. I will note that the maintenance man was always quick and helpful. Normally management was helpful when you would go to the office, but don’t call them they do not answer the phone or return calls.

The pool, a utility I pay for, has been closed since May. It is December now. The power in this building has been out for 11 hours, and considering it is 11pm with no signs of a fix anytime soon, the power will be out until morning. When the building power goes out, everything stops working: The wifi, the lights in the hallway, the garage gates, the side swing gates, and even pedestrian access gates. Anyone, with the cover of complete darkness, could enter my apartment from the street, walk up to my door and kick it down. I cannot convey how dark the hallways are. I can't even see my own hands. Office staff gave one update 2 hours into the power outage, projecting a fix by 5 pm. It is 11:15, and I'm going to bed with 0 security. This is not an emotionally charged rant of allegations and falsehoods. My statements are merely accurate and factual observations of the current situation. Take this review as you will. Maintenance crew is superb though.

Im a new resident here and my leasing process was very smooth and the team very understandable with my situation since I'm a exchange teacher. They helped me throughout all the paper work and explain all over again until I understood everything. They were very transparent with the reality of my new apartment, since they showed a renovated floor that was not going to be the same as mine. They showed pictures with the different feature, etc. Now I've been living for a couple days, but so far so good. I haven't used yet the gym or pool features but later I'll do an update. The place is very quiet ...I can't hear anybody at night or during the day...I love that! So like I said before so far so good and I'm happy with my new apartment.

If I’m honest, I had several terrible tours today. Mostly from office staff being incredibly rude and dismissive. It was really off putting and made me want to give up and just renew my lease at my current apartment. But the office ladies here were so refreshing! They all greeted me with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to help me find the perfect new apartment. My tour was great with seeing the gym, the pool and package lockers. Thank you Sarah for being so helpful! I’m so excited to move in. Oh and I love the fact that there are elevators! No more stairs for me!

For two of us living here at Broadstone Paragon is not bad at all, as we've always happy wherever we go. I am satisfied enough my one bedroom apartment with spacious bathrooms and bedroom as well as dining and living room. Plus one thing I'd like is the washer and dryer, we did not bother of providing our own. And now I have joy watching my plants on my terrace.
