This complex generally offers spacious apartments at a good value for a city-center location, and recent management changes have brought about some positive improvements in communication and responsiveness from the staff and maintenance team. However, recurring issues with security, particularly car break-ins and package theft, along with frequent amenity closures like the pool and gym, are consistent concerns that may impact the day-to-day living experience.

I came here and was immediately sold on it. They gave me the tour and made me feel welcomed but not pressured. I got a place here and the vibe both from the office and the complex in general has been great! No regrets

I would give this apartment complex 0 stars if I could. Management has shown little to no concern about resident safety despite multiple car break-ins happening throughout the property. There has been no effort to improve security measures, add better lighting, cameras, or increase patrols. On top of that, vehicles are being wrongfully towed with little communication or accountability from management. My own car was towed just 2 weeks after moving in, even after I was informed that everything had been handled and I was good to go. I learned about all of the car break ins not even a month after moving in, which shows just how out of control everything has become. Not to mention, the WiFi constantly shuts down and, as stated in many other reviews, residents have no choice but to pay almost $100 a month for terrible internet service and unreliable connection. Residents should not have to deal with car break-ins, wrongful towing, and poor living conditions while paying high rent and extra fees. Extremely disappointing experience and I would not recommend living here to anyone looking for a safe and well-managed community.

I do not recommend living here and I will not be renewing my lease here. The biggest issue is security. Cars in the garage keep getting broken into, yet there are still no security cameras or meaningful security measures in place. Instead, residents get emails saying things like, “If you choose to walk around the community after dark, try to walk with at least one other person.” Dog waste is everywhere around the property because people don’t pick up after their pets, and management does little beyond sending reminder emails. I have a dog myself, but it doesn't make it any easier to see poop all over the yard right in front of my balcony - especially on the weekends. I do not understand why installing a camera or two as a deterrent is a BFD. The recent dog park renovation also made it worse — they replaced turf with real grass, so now it becomes a muddy mess whenever it rains, floods up and is basically unusable. The gym equipment - apart from being outdated, stays broken for months, the pool has been closed since May 2025, and the Wi-Fi that we're all forced to use (which includes cable that I haven't used once - comes up to about $100 each month) drops constantly during work calls. I could easily get a much better plan from a better provider for lesser than this, but I cannot thanks to Broadstone. The most frustrating experience I have had was coming back from being out of the country and finding out they had placed an eviction notice on my door because my autopay failed after they changed their payment portal. I never received any courtesy email, call, or message about the failure before the notice was placed, the response I got when I questioned them later was "We cannot call up everybody who hasn't paid their rent". I do not think calling a resident up, especially after there's been a portal change, to let them know their rent payment did not go through and that they would be receiving an eviction notice is a big ask. Thankfully my sister happened to stop by when I wasn't there and saw the notice, otherwise I have no idea what I would have come back to. To be fair, the leasing office staff are generally friendly and helpful. A lot of these issues seem to come from higher-level management decisions and lack of meaningful investment in the issues that actually matter in the property - which is worse because it's not something that can be turned around quickly.
