Bishop North at Bishop Arts Apartments

We've lived in this complex for about 3 years now and we are so happy and content here. Rebecca (PM) and Ava (APM) and the rest of the front desk staff are so amazing. Anything we need, they make sure to get it done and handled asap! We came from a complex before that had the worst staff imaginable. I probably bother our current staff more than I should and they are still so patient, kind, and helpful. Bonus points for a gorgeous complex and luxury amenities. And while my work schedule rarely allows me to attend events, even the events are thought out and designed specifically for the residents in mind. Plus, being at the heart of Bishop is another bonus. Just re-signed for the 3rd time and don't see us leaving for quite some time. OH-- I almost forgot concierge! Our concierge is overnight as well, and even when I see them late at night they are always so friendly and helpful. We also have security throughout the night and that is something I appreciate so much. I NEED to feel safe in my home and this helps so much. Great guys, and they are constantly watching over the entire complex. Never once do I see them not doing their job! Overall, great place to live! And aside from everything else we love, the staff is what we appreciate the most. They're empathetic, efficient, and never make you feel like any request is too big or inconvenient.

Bishop Arts is a wonderful living space! i have lived here for almost 2 years! it is very dog/cat friendly which is very hard to find! Joseph head of Matenience is amazing fixing everything that needs to be fixed! The leasing team is amazing with doing resident events that everyone loves to attend! such as wine down Wednesday and candle making! We also have the best Concierge service SHOUT OUT Bradly for always helping me when i need help at the most random times!

Overall, I have had a really amazing experience at Bishop North. The staff is awesome, friendly, and attentive. Even the concierge staff is friendly. Bradley is the best. His bubbly personality always makes visits to the leasing center enjoyable. If things continue, I definitely plan to renew.

I’ve lived with this community for about two years and recently transferred to Bishop North. The transfer process was smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. During my time living here, I experienced the loss of my mom, and the management team showed me genuine kindness, patience, and understanding during a very difficult season of my life. That meant more to me than I can put into words. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I’m grateful to be at Bishop North.

Bradley is undeniably the best concierge I have experienced since I moved to Dallas over 10 years ago! His welcoming spirit is a gift to the Bishop Arts neighborhood! It's so refreshing to meet new people who are genuine and kind. He has a gift for making all residents feel like friends and family! Every resident event I've attended, he's been present and always has a wealth of expertise and knowledge about the community. I can tell he enjoys what he does! He also goes above and beyond to ensure that other residents and I are enjoying ourselves! His phenomenal networking skills have connected me with so many professionals in my field who live right next door! I'm so grateful to Bishop North and the staff who make the living experience luxurious and cozy. Bradley is a gem!
