Berkshire Medical District Apartments

I have been here for a nearly a month now. Before I moved in, I asked that the security walk through gate to my front door be fixed. It still hasn't been. It appears my works orders on it are being closed and as a result my health and safety is continuously being compromised. When I ask about the status, the reply is, “Our maintenance team is unable to fix it. It must be repaired by a vendor, there is no date.” This is UNACCEPTABLE. Per § 92.052, this should have been done with a reasonable time frame (7days). It has been nearly a month. For any one who is considering this place, please consider your decision, for your own health and safety.

I cant say enough good things about my move in at Berkshire. Treniqua is a professional leasing agent .. She looks so classy and is so well dressed . She is so eager to make things perfect for you. Anyssa was so helpful as well. The apartment and the Amenities are top notch. The price of the apartment is amazing. The gym smells and looks so fresh and well kept. The entire property is perfection. Eddie ....the maintenance man is also TOP NOTCH. I am so grateful for such a nice home for the next 15months...

Honestly a great experience with leasing and move in. No issues in the day to day. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, someone tried to enter my unit the other morning. I caught it on my doorbell camera, clear as day. He came by a few times and tried MULTIPLE times to open the door. And for that, I will have to give 2 stars. (I emailed the videos to the property. No reply so far.)

We lived here for a year and had a great experience! The large dog park was one of the best amenities - you can’t find another park like it. I did wish they had a separate run for smaller dogs though. The staff is always nice and put effort into throwing events often creating a sense of community. Maintenance is amazing as well and quick to address tickets.

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and I was looking to move out in Feb when my lease ends just to have a change of scenery. After looking around and comparing other apartments to this one, I can say with certainty that I will be renewing my lease here for the second time. I’ve never once seen a bug in my apartment, the hallways and pool area are clean, and maintenance requests are completed same day or next day depending on how early you put the request in. Everyone in the front office is friendly. I’ve never once felt unsafe or had to worry about a car break in. Never had a package stolen or lost. Neighbors are all very friendly and they have tons of community events for the residents, even have food trucks come every now and then. Everything you need is nearby, Kroger, Racetrac, and various fast food options. I’ve recommended this complex to friends, one which moved here. I feel very proud to have my friends and family come over. If you’re looking for a place to live, this is it.
