Bent Tree Lofts

I genuinely loved my time living at the Bent Tree Lofts. The property was always very well maintained and it really showed that the team took pride in the place. The apartments themselves are also extremely well built. In the year plus that I was there, I may have heard my neighbors once or twice and that’s it. It made a huge difference in day-to-day living and says a lot about the construction quality. One thing that really stood out to me was how fun and thoughtful the community events were. They weren’t just thrown together for show, you could tell there was real effort and care behind them. They helped create a sense of community and provided great way to connect with other residents I otherwise would’ve never had the chance to meet. And I can’t say enough great things about Cassidy. I always had good interactions with the rest of the staff but Cassidy truly stood out. She was always incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. Any time I needed help or had a question, she went above and beyond. You could tell she takes real pride in what she does from the community calendar to hosting the events. Her level of service made a huge difference and is honestly rare. Bent Tree Lofts is very lucky to have her.

Overall, very nice loft/apartment complex. Relatively new construction, in good condition, with decent amenities. The staff is really what differentiates this property - Cassidy and the rest of the team have been great to work with. I'm a new resident so cannot yet speak to maintenance and other longer-term factors. One down side, they just instituted a controlled parking policy after I signed the lease, which is more restrictive.
