Current resident for the past year, service has always been great with the maintenance team! Anytime I’ve needed anything at home they show up within a day. Maria is also amazing. I see her often around the complex and she always dose a great job plus always smiling whenever I see her. Friendly staff, clean place. I’ll definitely continue to stay around. Thanks y’all

I toured this apt as a walk-in on a Saturday a few weeks ago, and it was one of the best apartment tours I’ve ever had! Jonathan was so knowledgeable and patient while showing us around. He went above and beyond with all of his help, my sister and I were blown away with how awesome he was!

I’m moving here in a few months and wanted to shoutout Andrew at the leasing office for working to honor our original leasing agreement! There were some system issues flagged with several people’s applications after I applied and basically I got told the rent was going to be more and I had to start the lease sooner than what I applied for. During a frustrating moment of being sure that nothing was going to change, Andrew really worked to have my original agreement honored and to make things right. I very much appreciate him pushing to do the right thing and to start my experience here on a good note. I’m excited to move to Bell Knox and am hoping that my time here is a positive experience and that prices remain reasonable.

Johnathan is such an amazing person when it comes to bell Knox. He is very thorough and informative when helping with concerns. I would totally recommend him if anyone wants to know more information of the property. Very respectful and understanding person!

I have lived here for over a year and have recently moved out. This complex is in a great location with nice walkability to Knox/Henderson. I have run into a few issues: 1. My bathroom completely flooded and was told the bathtub drain was installed upside down. Three months later (and another flood because it wasn’t fixed the first time) the bathroom shower/tub is still not functional and there has been no urgency to fix. I’ve called the leasing office and they’ve said “oh, no one’s fixed that yet?” a few times now. Was told on 5/5 that they were hiring a contractor but it’s now 5/31, I have had no follow up, I’ve moved out, and the tub/shower is still not fixed. 2. Was accused of stealing the washer and dryer when the W/D in the unit was clearly mine with documentation stating so. 3. The main elevator breaks down almost monthly 4. When my rent renewal was presented the proposal was a 55% increase for a 12 month lease & and 40% increase for a 14 month renewal. After I stated I will not be renewing they negotiated down but still a substantial increase and ultimately decided to leave. 5. It’s nice to have a dog area on floor 2 but the residents do not clean up their dogs poop regularly. 5. The pool is closed for upgrades for Memorial Day weekend and found a drainage problem (maybe the people who installed my bathtub installed the pool too?) All in all - if you don’t mind paying average or above for an older place with not as nice finishes/amenities for the area it’s a good place . But I would suggest to live in another complex in the area. There are many other options.
