We are just finishing up our first year here at Bandera at Preston Hollow and only good things can be said. Sydney and Zoe have been really nice and helpful whenever we had a problem. Great place to be and Very Welcoming!

Place is sick. Thick walls, no neighbor noise, reception people are sick. Everyone is nice and says hello in the halls. 10/10 no notes.

I moved in to Bandera a month ago and I’m so glad I made that decision. The staff all the way from the leasing office to maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is safe and super clean. My experience so far has been great.

I moved to Bandera at Preston Hollow last summer in 2025 and was only here for a short year, but I'll have to say it was a wonderful experience. The apartments are fantastic for the price and how close they are to Dallas. Also, the community is an aspect to highlight. The front office puts on 1-2 events every single month with great turnout, which makes for great opportunities to meet everyone within this super friendly community. Zoey and Sydney in the front-office are also super friendly and helpful! The maintenance team is also a great plus when living here. They are super responsive to any requests and are extremely helpful with getting any issues resolved. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out these apartments if you're looking for the best of location, price, quality, and community!
