I put work order in was fixed next day.

One star because negative is not available. These apartments are horrible and a safety hazard!! Rat infested apartments that should be shut down! Management does not care to do anything about it. The name to these apartments keeps getting changed because of how poor they are ran. If you have kids please know this is literally a safety hazard because RATS are just roaming around INSIDE and OUTSIDE! Management should be ashamed to charge people money when they are infested with rats! Holes all in the walls and no one bothers to cover them! Absolutely disgusting!

Valerie thank you my love. You did amazing by assisting me with my phone. You did your best to explain it over phone. I felt I wasn't smart enough. You welcome me in the office and was so patient kind hearted and did way more than I ever expected with in my 3 years living here at Andora. You made me feel important. You made my day. In the beginning, I felt as though Rita and another young woman who was pregnant at the time(I can’t remember her name) was nice in regards to me getting approved and making sure my deposit was paid. Apartment was supposed to be ready 8/20 but then got pushed back to 8/28 because the appliances were still not there (keep in mind I was approved late July) The final move in date ended up being the 9/3. I went to pick up my key and to my surprise nothing was as expected. 9/3 I was told to hopefully come back the next and the appliance would be there. Keeping in mind I am a work from home agent, I felt as though they were literally expecting me to work from home in an apartment that had no refrigerator or stove like let’s be serious. So much I truly want to say but I am going to keep it simple and let the pictures speak for themselves. 9/4 I was in fact allowed to walk through an apartment that was not complete ( I feel this must be some type of illegal) despite the fact I was told the property manager herself walked to apartment before. I was given the key and even told that I could get my bed delivered( which was paid for and on the way). These apartments truly wasted my time and my money.
