This place was good in the beginning then my apartment began to have plumbing issues not even a month after being here. There was no compassion from the office manager at all I had to go back and fourth just for some sort of reconciliation. Now that I have moved out I left with no damage to the apartment and out of my 600.00 deposit they are only trying to give me 95.00 I’ve asked repeatedly for a itemized ledger as to why that is what is being returned. I suggest ppl to truly look else where the office staff don’t respond and are extremely rude.

The apartments are nice and so is the office employees. The new manager is amazing with handling problems and treating tenants with respect. She personally talked with us and assured us that they will work to fix problems that arise. She also gave us the contact info for the security. The new manager is keeping this place nice. Definitely recommend.

So excited to be moving in here, Jasmine was super kind and helpful. She made the whole process very smooth and from the moment we toured with her we knew these apartments would be the one.

Came back and toured and was let down. The person touring us didn’t seem too enthusiastic didn’t look us in the eye when answering questions and felt very dismissive of our questions. we toured a unit that had the smell of pet urine and very apparent pet wear and tear on the wood floor and dirty counters. The model unit had a towel that had a suspicious stain and was located right above the toilet. Was very hard to let this go but think we avoided a potential mistake. Hope this helps and is received as constructive.

Came to tour the A3 with Jasmine and she did so good! Showed us all around the office amenities, & pool area. The apartment itself felt homey nice!! Definitely will be coming back & referring people this way.
