I absolutely love living here! My apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. The community is welcoming and everything is kept in great condition. The leasing staff is amazing, Cinthia and Elise are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. They really go above and beyond to make residents feel valued. Juan, the technician, is fantastic as well. He completes my work orders quickly and efficiently every time. It’s such a relief knowing maintenance requests are handled so fast and done right. I’m very happy here and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Had the opportunity of touring this amazing property last min via walk in. Leasing agent, Elise Scott made us feel super welcomed and was eager to assist with literally all the questions we had. I ask A LOT of questions. Needless to say, we saw a unit that we fell in love with. The atmosphere, amenities and location are exactly the vibe we’re seeking. I highly recommend visiting or at least putting Axis on your list of properties to check out, if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

I have been consistently impressed with the maintenance services provided by Juan Benitez. He always responds quickly and conducts himself professionally. He does quality work and he is is always friendly and has a positive attitude. Not to mention he is a valuable asset to our community. Thank you Juan for your dedication.

Today I want to recognize Juan Benitez our maintenance manager. He truly goes out of his way every single time. He is an absolute gem here! Anytime I submit a request, big or small, Juan takes care of it promptly and professionally. He’s the person you can count on to get the job done right! He always shows up with the best attitude, is incredibly respectful, and genuinely cares about his job. His ability to balance technical expertise with exceptional customer service truly sets him apart. I always look forward to Juan servicing what I call home. Thank you, Juan, for everything you do!

New update: The trash situation is unacceptable and beyond ridiculous. It smells, it looks bad and it’s unsanitary. This cannot be happening. This isn’t the first time I bring it up. The pool was closed for “repairs” in every major Holiday. I never saw anyone doing repairs. I send emails to the administration when I see something. Overall, they respond fairly quickly but they are not on top of things. I don’t know if this is local management or a problem with Bell Partners Inc. I hate moving, I like my apartment, but if things continue this way I am not likely to renew next year. —— They stopped by fairly quick to repaint cabinets, clean up and replace parts that were necessary. It is a nice building, good amenities, and quiet. I recommend it so far.
