5 stars! I really only moved in here because Callie was so nice and made the whole process incredibly easy 😂😂😂😂. Thankfully, the property itself is just as great as the service. Ask for Callie if you're looking to move!

New management took over and this place went from fantastic to an absolute hell hole. I moved in and bought a tesla for the sole reason that I would have access to charging in the building because it was advertised and pitched to me when I signed 8 months later, old management and new management have done nothing to fix the charging that has been at barely half functionality. I haven’t been able to charge my tesla in the building for over 2 months because everybody here fights over the 2 functioning chargers. They’re response every time I ask when they are going to fix it is another corporate answer that never amounts to anything I have also noticed since they took over, they removed charging as an amenity on the website. so a really sneaky solution to solve nothing on this issue As well as elevators now being down to 1 elevator out of 4 today. insane. 20-30minute wait times as well as they locked the amenity floor from use for residents now. This management is a very “take and give nothing” type of situation at the moment. I do love the heck out of the building but the people who run it now are doing a horrible job at maintaining it since the take over.

I have regretted moving here since the day I signed my lease. Absolutely horrible experience with the leasing office. They were impossible to get a hold of. Literally would not speak to us days before our move in even though we physically showed up in person. They said they were too busy. They made us pay a huge deposit despite having a guarantor, and my roommate and I make more than 5x the rent individually. So combined, and with a guarantor who also makes 5x the rent, we had to pay almost $4,000 after being told we didn’t have to pay a deposit just days before we moved in. We were told we could not get our keys the day we had scheduled with our leasing office agent because she “forgot she was off” that day. And nobody else was able to help us, we had to solely work with that one agent. The day we moved in it took over 45 minutes to get our keys and our unit had not been cleaned. It added an hour to our movers time (which was over $300 an hour). When we informed our leasing agent the unit had not been cleaned she was incredibly rude and said a maid could come mop for us? Completely not helpful. We were not informed of the MONTHS of construction that started one month after we moved in that has continued since January. Making it take longer to get home requiring us to drive multiple blocks out of the way to access our parking garage. The parking garage is overflowing. You’ll be lucky to find a spot on the 8th floor or up after 6pm. People are constantly double parked or parking over the lines making spots unaccessible. My car has been hit on all sides by people who cannot park in the lines it’s absolutely insane. The gate to the garage has been open/broken several times allowing anyone to enter. There are 4 elevators which do not seem to be enough for the 40 floors and hundreds of residents (if they all worked). The elevators have been broken for over a month now. Just one sometimes two working elevators for the entire building. We have not received money off of our rent. Residents wait 30 plus minutes for an elevator, it’s a safety concern and huge waste of our time. The elevators are jammed full of 10+ people and your only other option is to take the stairs. In a 40 story building. We were also not aware of the church bells that ring every hour during the day. Its deafening and would be a complete nightmare if I worked from home. They ring for 5+ minutes sometimes and randomly throughout the day, not just every hour. The view is beautiful but not enough to outweigh the very long list of cons that come with this building. The windows are also filthy with obstructs the view, they have not been cleaned in the 6 months that we’ve lived here. Counting down the days for the lease to be up. The concierges are fantastic. Always so sweet and helpful I truly appreciate them!!
