Ascent at Mountain Creek

I paid a $300 security deposit and was surprised to learn that the entire amount was deducted for apartment and carpet cleaning after move-out. We thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving, and the carpet was in excellent condition with no stains, spills, or damage. We do not wear shoes inside, and the apartment was left very clean. I emailed management requesting an itemized statement and invoices for the cleaning charges so I could understand the deductions, but I have not received a response its been weeks. As a former resident who lived there for 18 months and took good care of the property, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the security deposit.

I love this complex the staff and complex are all beautiful inside and out . They are very welcoming and willing to assist in any and every way possible . Ms.Kadejha is amazing all around I have not one bad thing to say .

Nice place, but their garbage control is horrible. It’s a shame. All this trash causes roaches, which is horrible. Hallways always stink because of lack of trash pick up.

Absolutely love living here! The community is fantastic and the staff is incredibly welcoming.

I found this place online while apartment searching. When I pulled into the parking lot I noticed it looked exactly like the pictures online. Iykyk. When I walked in I noticed two ladies sitting at the two desk. Unfortunately i didnt get a name for the lady who was helping me. The manager (that's what i was told by the leasing agent) was helping someone and the other lady proceeded to help me. She didn't seem to invested in helping me. She asked me what was I was looking for I told her I was interested in the 1bd + Den. She gave me a sheet listing off the fees and etc. As she was typing away on her computer I overhead the manager giving out all the details about all the programs they have available. The agent helping me didn't seem like she wanted to help me. She seemed very disinterested. The manager walked out to show the apartment and the agent that was helping me told me she would give me a key and let me go on because her manager took the golf cart and it was a long walk. Ok. That's fine. Then she asked me for my email so she could send me some information and also to verify my id. (Never received anything). I asked her if she could resend the information she said she would look at my id. I thought when you look at an apartment you have to leave your id? But I guess not. So anyway I took the key and drove to the apartment. The apartment was beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for. After I viewed the apartment I went to take the key back and asked the agent about the programs the manager was telling the people next to me about. She then explained the program and asked if I needed anything else. I said no thank you have a great day. I was disappointed that she didn't point any features/amenities that the apartments have. I had to look online for that information. Very beautiful complex/ community. They had some workers out repainting the lines and I even saw a resident picking trash out of the road. I like to see things like that when viewing an apartment it let's me know people care about where they live. Definitely worth checking out. They are ducked off so if you like privacy, away from the main road. Check these out.
