Great apartments with excellent soundproofing! Ashley and Christian are fantastic members of the team and try their best to see your pov and make your residency great. Be sure to bring a good showerhead.

I just moved in and it has been such a great experience so far. The move-in was smooth and my apartment was clean and ready when I arrived. The location makes getting around Dallas super easy and convenient. Ashley was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, which I appreciated. By far the best apartment experience I have had. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to live here.

update…. we are still being charged for pet damages to sub flooring and the photos they provided show clean carpet padding. asked for actual proof of damages and they responded that the charges stand. run from this place. don’t rent here if you expect your security deposit back or decent appliances. the dishwasher never cleaned and i used it as a dish rack. couldn’t be replaced cause it “still functioned”. then i had dogs who were not allowed in the bedroom ever but somehow they found multiple pee spots. i work from home and they are never unsupervised in the apt or allowed in that room. save your money, rent elsewhere. you’ll be called a liar and billed for nonexistent damages. also trash pickup was 6-8 but they never picked up till after 10pm, yet i got charged for my can being out during off hours. anything to get an extra charge right? oh and the mailroom kept getting broken into despite the cameras and the pool worked like 1 month that we were there
