Jasmine was very knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. Very nice developing area that’s close to down town and lots of great food places around! The apt was in great shape and very modern.

Google should allow less than1 star reviews. This place is HORRIBLE! BUYER BEWARE...BAIT & SWITCH Company. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and rent from other properties in Dallas. I toured this property in September 2023 for a studio apartment. I was advised several times (in person, via phone, via email) that they were doing a promotion with one month free that would be divided over the 16 month term. I agreed on the price of 1311, base rate of $1399-one month divided by 16 months (as stated in the email from the property manager Alexia). This was understood and agreed upon up until the day after I moved in on November 1st. On November 2nd, I received an email from Alexia stating that she was notified by corporate that they did not approve the one month promotion because she misinformed me on the price of $1399,as it should have been $1499. She asked me how I wanted to proceed, so I advised that I would not agree to the increased pricing and that I would move my belongings out immediately. She said no problem that I could come by and pick up the cashiers check of $1311 that she accepted. I inquired about also receiving my deposit that I paid. Alexia advised that corporate would be reaching out to me. After retrieving my cashiers check that was paid on Nov 1st when I moved in, I received a call from Cecilia who stated "You received your cashiers check and agreed to forfeit your deposit". After a heated back and forth exchange with Cecilia, she hung up on me. I have tried numerous times to understand when I will be receiving my deposit to no avail. This property needs to be investigated for their bait and switch unethical tactics.
