I haven’t even moved in yet and Tori has made my experience wonderful!!! Ask for her and her only! She is professional so sweet and got me every single thing I could have wanted for my new home! Tori also got me approved within 30 mins of applying! I am so excited to move here. Thanks so much again!!!

I moved into this apartment complex in October of 2021 and have such a great experience living here since then. I did have issues with both washing machine and A/C unit during my 4 years and both issues were resolved quickly by the maintenance serviceman. They even fully replaced my washing machine with a new unit. I do like that this complex is locked and gated, it makes me feel safe and secure while at home. The office staff has been very kind with me whenever I am in there grabbing packages or asking questions. Highly recommend moving into this complex if you work downtown as well since it is easy access to highway, tollways and already accessible to downtown!

I had a great experience with this apartment community. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Due to an urgent situation, I needed to move quickly, and they made everything happen in less than a week. I’m very grateful for their efficiency, communication, and willingness to help. Highly recommend!

I lived at this property when it was AMLI on Maple for a few months until it transitioned to Alma on Maple in fall 2023. Unfortunately, under the new management the property steadily went downhill, and by late 2024/early 2025 it felt genuinely unsafe to live there. There were frequent safety issues, including non-residents roaming the hallways at night, apartments being broken into down the hall from us, and residents screaming in common areas. My roommate’s car was broken into on the property, and because there are no security cameras, there was no accountability or follow-up. As a woman, I no longer felt safe living there and ultimately had to buy out my lease with months remaining because I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I had multiple unsettling experiences, including seeing a homeless man rummaging through truck beds in the parking area early in the morning. While loading my car in broad daylight as I was moving out, I was approached by two homeless men in the gated parking lot asking for money, which was alarming. On another occasion, my roommate and I were followed from the parking lot to the stairwell late at night. These incidents contributed heavily to my decision to leave. Maintenance was also inconsistent. We had a leaking water heater that soaked the carpet in our study through the wall, and the carpet was not replaced for months. Ant infestations were frequent, often hundreds at a time. Despite these serious issues, management seemed more focused on minor rule enforcement, like limiting how many trash bags residents could put out, rather than addressing safety and habitability concerns. Additionally, the building often smelled strongly of marijuana, which further added to the feeling that the property was not being properly managed. My experience here was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this property based on the safety concerns, lack of security measures, slow maintenance response, and overall decline in management.

So far I’ve enjoyed living here my only concerns are the mounds of dog poop throughout the property, people need to pick up after their animals but at least a groundskeeper should be maintaining the cleanliness. Also the lady that cleans the hallways talks loudly on her phone daily but it’s kind of entertaining so I don’t mind. Maintenance has been quick and the leasing office personnel have been kind! Edit: there’s poop on the sidewalk and on every inch of grass
