2/18/26 UPDATE: they still have not responded to my email and this car has been sitting on the fourth floor of the garage for almost 2 years and yet it remains un towed. I’m a current resident and on friday night, our car was towed late in the evening without ANY warning BY THE BUILDING!! We are great tenants - we pay our rent on time and we’ve never caused any disturbance and we follow all of the building guidelines. When we first moved in and put a wreath on our door, they had the time to directly contact us to tell us no wreaths were allowed on the 25th floor of this secluded building however, when threats are made to tow your car or any type of personal belonging they wouldn’t contact us. Management sent ONE email ONLY TO MY HUSBAND & NOT ME, that was 10 pages long, they never a reminder about submitting a new registration (previously registered in June). There was NO signs placed at the front area or in the parking garage or in the lobby however, they have time to put up signs when “things are going to be in service.” There was no reminder email text message or any type of communication after the initial one email was sent. While I recognize their attempt for safety and protecting our vehicles in a MULTI GATED garage with tons of cameras there was no signage and when we went down to the front desk to ask where our car was going, no one could give us any answers. Even the employees had no clue what was going on, which is wildly inappropriate. No number to call. Safe to say, we will never renew our lease here. They don’t Answer your emails or your calls or provide any basic level of customer service even though you pay an exuberant amount and rent & they just don’t have your back - we felt completely violated and will not be renewing our lease!! Steer clear of this apartment complex!!

I’ve had a great experience living at AMLI Fountain Place. I’ve never had any major issues, and the overall environment is friendly and positive. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I’ve had the chance to work with Jerry, and he consistently takes the time to help with any questions or concerns we’ve had. The maintenance team is also excellent—they respond quickly and efficiently to any tickets I’ve submitted. We actually moved out at one point to check off a “bucket list” apartment experience, but it didn’t live up to our standards. That experience made us appreciate AMLI Fountain Place even more, and we ended up moving right back in. Overall, it’s been a smooth and enjoyable living experience, and I would definitely recommend AMLI Fountain Place.

I would strongly caution anyone considering living at AMLI Fountain Place. In my experience, resident safety and basic property management have been persistent issues. There have been multiple incidents of windows being shot out, which is deeply unsettling and completely unacceptable for a property marketed as “luxury.” The elevators are consistently malfunctioning, to the point where residents are regularly trapped and must be rescued by the fire department. This is not an isolated inconvenience, it is a recurring failure that disrupts daily life and raises serious safety concerns. Parking is another ongoing problem. Resident parking is frequently unavailable, forcing tenants to park in the neighboring garage. Management fails to enforce parking rules, refuses to tow double-parked vehicles, and does not monitor piggybacking, which has contributed to constant intruders and repeated vehicle break-ins. Even with limited parking, some vehicles are allowed to sit in the same space for years without moving, despite clear violations. Residents who pay to live here often cannot actually use the parking they’re entitled to. Management has demonstrated a consistent pattern of reacting only after issues escalate, rather than taking proactive steps to prevent them. Despite repeated assurances, there is no sustained follow-through, and the same problems continue unresolved. Response times and urgency also appear selective, with prompt action for penthouse residents, while others should not expect the same level of attention. Reaching out directly to Shanda, the property manager, has been especially ineffective since there is little concern shown for residents, accountability, or retention. Overall, the lack of enforcement, repeated safety incidents, unreliable infrastructure, and ineffective management make this property extremely disappointing for the price point. I would not recommend AMLI Fountain Place based on my experience.

I just wanted to stop in here and write a review for the maintenance team here. Jace and Skip are two of the most kind and cheerful men I’ve ever met - and that doesn’t even describe how talented they are at being a handy man. They can handle any type of issue you might have in your home or around the complex. It makes living in these apartments even more luxurious to have such a fantastic and positive maintenance team. Thank you so much for all your work guys - you’re incredible.

The pool is not heated. The gym is tiny, like an afterthought. There are only 4 elevators for 35 floors of residents… bye bye commute…. Again, the pool is not heated… what a waste…Amenity fee is paid for the most basic gym and the coldest winter pool…No valet… the view is about to be blocked by a new building…laminate flooring…very rough area, and walkable, absolutely not…. You have to cross a major highway for any decent food, or walk under a bridge to go to a grocery store…I used to love Amli, especially Midtown Miami, but this is a cash grab. Still unsure what amenity fee is for… maybe the few and far in between events they plan for residents. I would take my 3000$+ anywhere else that has a heated pool and a state of the art gym…perhaps a building with valet or room service… Avoid unless you’re insistent on wasting money and being charged fees for facilities you can’t use due to improper planning or lack of space. Good luck 🍀
