Amherst Oaks Apartments

Residents received a notice stating they are no longer accepting paper checks or paper money orders for rent payments and forcing us to do it online! They didn’t even ask tenants for their opinion and sprung this up last minute. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate to people who are elderly or cannot access the internet! Making us take extra steps just to pay our rent bill! What a shame, Sunridge Management.

Heading into year 7 here! The manager Leticia is super friendly and professional. You can usually catch her at the office and if you miss her she is quick to get back to you. The maintenance guys are very helpful and get stuff fixed right away and correctly. Its been very quit property due to manager prompt response to any noise issues. Pet friendly place and good to raise my grandkids. The manager takes good care of the property and us the residents! Near by schools and restaurants.

Nice place to live. Not the newest and most modern, but the management is good and can't beat the rent prices these days. Update: 6 months into my contract, and I have to leave due to personal circumstances. I can not believe how easy the process is and how nice the people here are. I am sorry to go, because everything is better than I thought it would be. All other apartments I lived at are nice until you move in. Here they take care and listen even after that. Well it's mostly Leti, the manager. If it wasn't for her these apartments would be just like any others. You can go to her any time and she will make time to listen. Now several of my friends consider moving here after I told them about how nice a manager they have here. So my rating went from 4 stars to 5 easily. Just because of her.

My wife and I came to check out apartments here, and really liked both the neighborhood, and the community. Gabby, who works in the office was exceptionally helpful and nice. She went above and beyond to help us in our apartment search. We narrowed our search down to 2, and ended up going with the other place. But we would have loved to be a resident here! Again, Gabby was amazing, the apartments, area, and people all seemed great. Definitely keeping them in mind when our lease is up!

I have been living in this property since 2011. I have no problem with maintenance or office staff they are always prompt to help. They make you feel like home. Love the location and neighborhood. Must of my neighbors have been here for the longest. Even though nothing can be perfect, in my own experience they do their best. I can say I am a happy resident.
