Positive experience so far. They are always doing work to maintain the property and the staff are friendly and responsive. Despite being close to deep ellum, it is pretty quiet. My apartment was recently flooded due to one above me and painters made the repairs within a few days. Maintenance is nice and usually responds within 24 hours. It comes with the typical city living issues but the staff really take care of the property and residents. Highly recommend. Update:6/12/26 Unfortunately it seems Caleb the previous manager was the glue holding this place together. The elevators are CONSTANTLY broken with one being completely down for an extended period of time now. Both elevators are out of service right now. The garage door was also broken for a while. Issues with the new parking visitor codes not working and they just tell you to call the towing company. They do in fact do airbnb and there are ALOT of airbnb guests. Its becoming more and more noticeable the quality is going downhill here.

If you're looking to live at Ambrose request Nevaeh to help you!! She went above and beyond for me even though the lease didn't align with my own constraints out of her control. I appreciated her hard work.

There is such poor lack of communication from staff to their future residents. Staff from the leasing office expect certain requirements from future residents and then go back ok thier word once the requirements are met. When these concerns were addressed, the leasing office expressed how they are being inconvenienced. They belittle the future residents concerns as if their future living situation is not dependent upon it.

My experience started with a scheduled tour of the property with Yadira, who was my leasing agent. The tour quickly became unprofessional and disorganized. After showing us some of the basic amenities, we arrived at the unit we were supposed to view, only for her to realize she had forgotten the keys. She laughed it off and told us we would have to go back downstairs to get them. We then walked down multiple flights of stairs to the leasing office, only to discover that the office had been locked and closed without anyone having the keys needed to reopen it. As a result, both we and the leasing agent were locked out. She attempted to contact maintenance and other staff members, but nobody was available to help. We spent a significant amount of time waiting outside, only to be told that we would have to come back another day. The entire tour was a waste of time and reflected a surprising lack of professionalism and preparation. The confusion continued when we discussed leasing options. Because we travel frequently for work, we asked about the propertyβs policy regarding Airbnb rentals when we are away. We were immediately told that Airbnb rentals were not allowed. However, this made little sense because there were numerous active Airbnb listings operating within the building, including newly listed units that had appeared that same month. When we brought this up and asked for clarification, our concerns were dismissed rather than explained. The information provided seemed inconsistent and left us with more questions than answers. Beyond the leasing experience, the property itself raised several concerns. The elevators were a major issue. It often took an excessive amount of time to get an elevator, and when one finally arrived, it was frequently full, forcing people to wait even longer. Overall, my experience with the leasing office, the lack of professionalism during the tour, the inconsistent information regarding Airbnb policies, and the ongoing elevator issues left a very negative impression. The rent may seem attractive at first, but after my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do extensive research and visit in person before making a decision.

I do not recommend this apartment complex. While the units may be remodeled, the overall living experience has been extremely disappointing. The property is located in a challenging area, and the hallways frequently smell like urine. Security appears to be lacking, and I have often seen individuals who do not appear to be residents throughout the building. It is also common to smell marijuana coming from neighboring units and common areas. One of the biggest issues is the elevators. Management spent time installing new elevators, yet they still frequently do not work properly. It can take up to 10 minutes just to get an elevator, and when one finally arrives, it is often completely full, forcing residents to wait even longer. There have been multiple occasions where I was unable to get on because there was simply no room. The amenities are consistently overcrowded and difficult to enjoy. I have also personally seen roaches on the property, which was very concerning. My interactions with the leasing office were equally frustrating. The staff was often unprofessional and unhelpful. Customer service and communication were far below what I expected. Given all of these issues, I genuinely do not understand how this apartment complex maintains such a high rating.
