Great renovated apartments(premium) Great location in the design district. Nice, clean amenities. Friendly and helpful staff! Maintenance is quick to respond. Guest parking is a little confusing with initial promise of 2 per guest. but it's only 3 registers per week. That's my only complaint.

I spoke with Amanda, and she was personable, kind, and courteous. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. Definitely the kindest leasing office I spoke with. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Michael understood the assignment and showed me the perfect apartment! The property is clean, in great condition and my future home checked all the boxes! I’m excited to start a new chapter at Trend Design District!

Michael at Trend Design District is absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly helpful by taking my tree out for me, which I really appreciated, and he was also so kind and friendly when I spoke with him on the phone. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s great to have someone like Michael on the team—thank you for the excellent service!

This was by far the most competent tour agent I have EVER MET in 59 years of renting! THEN I found out she is a leasing agent supervisor! Her name is Kelsey. So fun. Was able to answer every question immediately. No “I will get back to you on that!” responses. Kelsey even upsold me on a different unit on the second tour as she felt that I would like it better, based on our conversation during the first tour. She nailed it! Can’t wait to get in there and live in it with all my art! Matt
