I had a great experience working with Adolfo while searching for an apartment. He was extremely helpful, went out of his way when he didn’t have to, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his support and would highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a place.

To say professionalism, kindness and above and beyond, I would be understating my experience here… I came in ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH, they were swamped and you would not even know it because the staff was still attentive and courteous. Saliza stands out because she was even more than above and beyond!! She was swamped and stopped what she was doing even though it was late in the afternoon, she made it her business to make sure that I was informed and got the best deal. I would highly recommend these apartments. The staff and price of the apartments and townhomes are great for the price and the location.

I just moved into this apartment and I’m already so happy with my decision. The space itself feels comfortable, clean, and welcoming — it genuinely feels like home. The community is quiet, well-kept, and has such a peaceful energy, which made the transition so much easier. I especially want to highlight how amazing Ashley was throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, but beyond that, she was real, kind, and truly connecting. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and that made a huge difference for me. Moving can be stressful, but Ashley made everything feel smooth, supported, and human. I’m really grateful for this experience and excited to start this next chapter here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place that feels good to come home to.

I have been a resident at 75 West for over six years, and I can confidently say this community is far more than just an apartment complex—it is truly a place to call home. From day one, 75 West has provided a sense of safety, comfort, and belonging that is difficult to find, especially in a large city. Rather than feeling like just another resident, you feel valued, respected, and part of a community that genuinely cares. What stands out most about living at 75 West is the overall leadership and management of the community. The management team as a whole is phenomenal—approachable, responsive, and committed to maintaining a positive living environment. In a time when many properties become less attentive once residents move in, 75 West continues to prioritize communication, service, and community. That consistency is what gives this place a welcoming, small-town feel within the city. A significant part of that experience has also been the outstanding professionalism and care shown by the staff, particularly Ashley, the Assistant Manager. Ashley consistently demonstrates attentiveness, patience, and a genuine willingness to listen. She takes the time to understand residents as individuals, not just names on a lease, and her ability to respond thoughtfully to concerns makes a meaningful difference. Her presence reflects a level of care and accountability that residents truly appreciate. After more than six years here, I can honestly say that I still love living at 75 West. It is a well-managed, welcoming community, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where people truly care and where you can genuinely feel at home.

They just changed ownership to PAC oct 2025. We moved out from life changes Dec 2025 and were paying monthly for the deposit. We left the place perfectly clean, yet they charged us hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee. We're pretty sure that PAC is trying to get every dollar they can from people not renewing because the place is only at half capacity or so since maybe july 2025 due to an issue with previous management and PAC probably has more expenses cleaning up after preious ownership then they realized, so they're taking it out on residents who are leaving.
