Very quiet, small, and a close-knit community! The courtyard was very convenient for me because I have a dog with a lot of energy. The complex itself is quite older. but they are doing renovations in some of the apartments. Trey was very helpful and responded to me quickly, so any small issues I had it was always taken care of. Hector (maintenance) was very nice to myself and my dog that seemed to always want to play with him. If I didn't need to be closer to work I would stay! I will miss hanging out in the courtyard with some of the great residents. Definitely recommend!

I was a resident here for 3 years and I enjoyed it! Currently moving closer to work. It's a older building, that comes with small issues, but the management was always quick to resolve them. The location is great and getting better! Walkable to some local hot spots and a $5-10 Uber ride to anywhere else in Dallas. Never had any problems with any of the other residents. Would definitely recommend everyone consider living here!

This quiet two-story apartment complex is located near Lower Greenville and Knox/Henderson and is a short drive to downtown and SMU. I enjoyed living at Live Oak that had a spacious bedroom, great insulation from the cold in the winter, and good air conditioning. The covered parking spaces were also nice to have. Trey and maintenance staff were always very nice, professional and responsive.

I recently moved in to the property. The property and tenants are very friendly, while looking out for each other. Secured location, that is close to various places of interest. The property and grounds are always clean and I must say I love my place. Trey is very professional and courteous.. Looking forward to creating great memories here.

I recently moved to 5004 Live Oak and so far this has been a great fit for me; the 'selling' point was the security the property offers with video cameras, remote controlled parking gates and keyed entry upon walk-up. The landlord is very professional, personable, informative, and compassionate to ones needs. My move-in process was very crisp, clean, straight-forward, and painless. The apt is a nice boutique-style unit adorned with the 1950's original tile-work and cabinetry - point being the property has character - along with all utilities-paid. Anyone would say this is a WIN-WIN! The property is well groomed and maintained on a weekly basis. It's quiet and spacious. The courtyard is landscaped along with a patio/chairs, and grill. I look forward to the summer months.
