4600 Ross Apartments

Ive been living here almost 6 years and management has changed 3+ times and it keeps just getting worse and worse! A/C is broken in my apartement, sent a urgent repair request TWICE. Called 12 times and then finally decided to to the office and while omw when i called them again they answered and brushed it off like its not a big deal by telling me maintenance will call me to tell me when they could come. 3 hours later. No call. Im here at the office. NOBODY. Why is there always NOBODY here past 12pm? Short staffed? Hire more people! Email responses are SLOOOOWWW nobody ever picks up the phone right away. It is 5pm and the office is about to close and still Nobody is here!!! No sign. No nothing. Why dont they have call forwarding to their work phones?!?!? This is sooo annoying!! *** Management Do BETTER!

The property was awesome. I had a tour with Joann and she explained everything in great detail. I toured with 4 other properties and she by far was the best. It feels very safe and welcoming and the floorplans are amazing.

This is my final update: *DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE AND A COMFORTABLE LIVING SITUATION.* If you are considering moving here, save yourself the complete and utter misery and inconvenience that living here will bring you. The good reviews are pushed by the leasing agents after TOURS only. I have lived here for about 3 months. You can read below to see how ridiculous it has been and things have only worsened. We have an incredibly loud and inconsiderate neighbor above that parties constantly and walks around banging and stomping nearly everyday with his hours of peak disturbance happening from 2am-5am. My next door neighbor has also complained and we have recorded evidence and have called security multiple times – I got an email saying they “spoke” to the tenant. Nothing has changed. They simply keep ignoring my emails. Additionally, I’ve had things stolen from my patio and got my license plate stolen off my car one night. There are always people who don’t live here at the pool, and it’s all around an awful place to live. My mental health has deteriorated drastically since moving here and I hope no one falls for their fabricated reviews. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not care about you and will not listen to your concerns and completely ignore your needs. The apartments are very cheaply made, the value is far below what you pay for. Update 04/06/2026: After a period of unresponsiveness, Joann came back to the office after being ill and addressed all my concerns so I will be changing my review. Update: The people in the leasing office have been completely ignoring me and pest control never came. I have someone next to me blasting music for hours and then people above me who literally stomp and don’t know how to walk properly. I haven’t slept and am completely sleep deprived, this is my worst nightmare. Do not move to 4600 Ross. EDIT: I moved in today and already regret it - I have found 3 COCKROACHES. I am so uncomfortable and disgusted that I had to book a hotel room as I have a phobia of roaches. 2 of them were full grown and one was smaller indicating an infestation. This is unacceptable. I’m writing this at 3am after a day of manual labor and moving in, I’m beyond disappointed and can’t believe this is my life right now. I don’t recommend this property - at all.
