I lived at this apartment community for a few years went through a lot while I was there. There was so many people in and out of the office and half of them were hard to deal with. However, I was sad to move out because new management stepped in and began making positive changes that are already making a big difference. Melissa and Ashley go above and beyond to manage everything they can control. They have been yelled at by multiple residents but always handle it in a calm manner. You can tell the entire team cares about the residents and property. The two leasing are always friendly and eager to help. We all know they still have work to do but as someone familiar with the area I know they will do well.

I had the opportunity to work with Ashley during the leasing process, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was responsive, professional, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to try to make everything work for me. Her communication was clear and timely, and I truly felt taken care of throughout the process. While my plans ultimately changed, my experience with the team left a very positive impression. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and it’s exciting to see the improvements and updates coming under RPM’s new management. If you’re considering this community, you’ll be in great hands working with Ashley and the team.

I've known and been around property long enough to really see the differences and how new management has really taken charge. Melisa shows that she genuinely cares about the property, she listens to the residents and don't just ignore issues that happen. Ashley and Joe have been great to work with and I feel they have been so much more respectful than prior staff. The property feels cleaner, safer and there is improvement. After 3 management changes we are happy to see the changes.

**RENTERS BEWARE, DO NOT RENT FROM 4123** First, I’d like to mention these apartments aren’t listed on the Better Business Bureau website (a warning to renters and a testament to my own experience with them). When I try to look it up the name did come up at first but it says “Page not found! It may have moved or no longer exists” when you click on it. (Screenshots taken 11/13/25, Last Verified 11/21/25) I used to live at 4123 Cedar Springs in 2023 and started to have a leak coming from my HVAC system. I immediately put in a maintenance request to have it fixed (Aug. 2023). They did nothing for TWO months and it kept getting worse to the point it started to flood onto my apartment floor and mold began sprouting. The apartment became uninhabitable and it started to make me sick with intense respiratory issues and severe, brain-crushing headaches if I stayed in there for longer than 20-30 mins. I stopped living there in September and later sent them written notices that I would move out if they didn’t fix the leak, water damage, and the mold that made it unbearable to live in. I told a friend of mine that works at a different apartment complex and she said “That’s terrible! At my job we would have moved you to a different unit so you wouldn’t have to live in that condition.” By the end of the alotted time, they had only replaced the water heater but nothing was said or done about fixing the water damage and mold that had now happened to the apartment due to their neglect and so I terminated my lease under Chapter 92, Subchapter B of the Texas Property Code and moved out at the end of October 2023. You’d think that would be the end of it but no, there’s more. They never sent me a bill by mail or email so it seemed like an amicable parting. Three months later I get a call from a collection agency saying I owed them $3,400 for breaking my lease. I had gone through the proper process to terminate my lease so this wasn’t true, but what also struck me was my rent was only $1200 and in normal circumstances the lease would only require 2 months rent ($2400) but I only had 1 month left on my lease and already gave notice of my intent not to renew so even IF I had broken my lease I would only owe $1200 - not $3400. It sounded like a scam call so I told the person if it was real then send me a list of charges for my review. They said they would and hung up. About 3 weeks later I got a letter from collections asking for payment. I replied with a certified letter requesting validation/a list of charges as I never even received a bill from the landlord to begin with and it was nearly 3x the amount of what they were saying it was for. I never heard from them after that so I thought it was taken care of. Several months pass and I think everything is fine. It wasn’t until my application to live in another apartment was denied that I came to realize the collections agency ignored my request for validation and reported it to the credit bureaus anyway. To this day, I’m in the dark about what they are charging me $3400 for. These apartments have been a nightmare and have taken absolutely no responsibility for their negligence and disregard of their tenants and won’t respond to my emails (last contact was 11/12/25). I can only hope this gets their attention to finally do the right thing. TL;DR: My HVAC system started leaking and my maintenance requests were ignored for 2 months resulting in severe water damage, my apartment nearly flooding, and the development of mold. I sent written notices and later moved out due to my health as the apartment had become uninhabitable. They evidently sent me to collections without sending me a bill first (or having proper cause) and then the collections agency they used reported it to the credit bureaus, ignoring my request for validation, for nearly 3x the amount of what they claimed it was for - alleging I had broken my lease when I legally terminated it under Chapter 92, Subchapter B of the Texas Property Code.
