It's ok but I was visiting a friend there and for the price it could be a lot better I think

Cool location. They did a horrible job renovating. Cheap fixtures, plastic tubs and sinks.

These lofts are so fun. I’ve lived here for about 3 years and just renewed for another year. I have not had any significant complaints, as maintenance has always been quick to address issues when they happen. The lofts are historic and beautiful. The windows are gorgeous as well.The rooftop is spacious and has a great view of downtown, which makes it great to have friends come visit! Leasing staff is nice and if you’re looking for the Deep Ellum lifestyle, you should consider this building.

Have a friend that lives here. Kinda square. Not a lot of partying for a Deep Ellum spot. Older, career-types. It's pretty chill, though.
