2800 Taylor

This will be my second year living at 2800 Taylor, and it has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. It’s very modern, clean, safe, and the management is excellent, thanks to Gabriela. She has consistently resolved any issues we’ve had and genuinely cares about the tenants. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a modern and affordable home.

My experience has been top notch since moving in. It’s managed by people who care. Gaby is so cool and so welcoming, from personal experience she has been one of the only managers who has stood out for me. After multiple tours she was the main factor in my final decision. Hands down she’s great and has made my experience a great one! My apartment is so dope and the property is very well maintained. Typical things at times that come with communities but so far I’ve enjoyed my time. Shout out to the maintenance team as well and Jahan who I recently met and Johnny who is always so supportive with any questions I have. Thank you again 2800 team you a real one and Gaby shout out to you! You deserve a raise!

Sugar ( Gabby ), Spice ( Lexi ), and Everything Nice ( Iriana ), These were ingredients to make the perfect Leasing Agents. Okay back to the review... Honestly, I've had a very positive experience at 2800 Taylor. The leasing agents have been amazing since I moved in (January 2025). Any time I need maintenance done in my apartment, they have been prompt to respond. The property is very close to Dallas' nightlife. Not too much to say about the the property. I do feel like 2800 Taylor still has the potential to be greater than it is but would definitely recommend. However the parking rules do need to be enforced a bit more in my opinion and the Elevator (3) on the other side of the building needs to be maintained properly. Now back to the continuation of the above.... My Original Leasing Agents have become an Agent (Gabby), but she's always willing to help and the current staff in the leasing office are amazing. 2800 Taylor will be a great choice for future residents.

I truly enjoy living here! The new manager and the team she has built are very customer service–focused and always take great care of the residents. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and the units are amazing. I highly recommend 2800 Taylor to anyone looking for a modern place to live. Definitely check it out!

I truly have to say that Gabriela has been the number one reason our time here has been absolutely incredible. She has given us all the attention and support we’ve needed. The complex itself is luxurious and spacious. Every single person who visits is blown away by how beautiful it is, and the pricing is very reasonable. Other residents are very polite and nice, It’s always clean, I honestly have zero complaints, which is why I renewed my lease for another year. I highly recommend it!
