The manager changed the locks when I still stayed there and had all my things in there… also the manager went inside and stole my alexia machine…. And there charging me for things that was already broke or messed up when I moved in…. I would not recommend

Jessica was AMAZING in helping me see our place via pictures. I was moving from AZ and was not able to get to look at our apartment before moving. She is very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Eric has been amazing on maintenance issues.

Our maintenance technician Eric is Awesome! As a long-term resident, I've seen plenty of turnovers. Having Eric on the property has made getting minor issues fixed fast and correctly the first time. He takes pride in his work and it shows tremendously! 👍👍

This is a great community. Maintenance request are dealt with very quickly. The office staff respond quickly to messages. There were a couple of things that needed to be completed. Once we moved in as far as maintenance goes and they were solved super quickly. No complaints.

I’d like to take a moment to thank Eric, our maintenance technician, and Jessica from management for their efforts in getting my AC system back up and running. Although it took about 26 days to complete the repair, I understand that some delays are out of their control. During that time, I was provided with one window unit and already had another on hand, but it still wasn’t quite enough to keep the space fully comfortable, so I did end up purchasing a third. That said, once the new unit arrived, Eric made sure everything was installed correctly and professionally. He pulled vacuum on the system, charged it properly, and made sure it was working as it should. The new unit has been performing great so far—it’s quiet, energy-efficient, and has been keeping the home cool consistently. I appreciate Eric’s attention to detail and how well he communicates and works with Jessica. They clearly make a strong team, and I’m thankful for their dedication to getting things resolved.
