I toured with Chloe Machos and she was awesome! She was so kind and attentive and was able to answer all my questions! She’s the reason I live here for sure.

Great experience! Best place that I rented ever. The service requests are resolved quickly. Nice environment also. I would love to continue renting here

AVOID THEM FOR YOU DEPOSIT! I had an incredibly frustrating experience when I moved out of this apartment. They imposed a mandatory $338 carpet cleaning fee, which is buried in the lease, and then tacked on an additional $255 cleaning fee for any small stain, no matter how minor. To top it off, they charged me $30 for replacing light bulbs and batteries, which I had already replaced before moving out. There were also significant issues during my stay. For example, my neighbor’s water pipe burst, flooding my apartment in the middle of the night. The management took 2-3 days to fix it, and they left my place a mess without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. When I checked the move-out report, I was shocked to see charges for things that never existed, including fees for an imaginary pet I never had and a non-original shower head that I never changed. They even tried to charge me for hangers left behind by the previous tenant, which they deliberately didn’t remove just to add another charge when I moved out. If you’re considering moving in here, be prepared for unjustified charges and poor service. I definitely would NOT recommend this place unless you’re okay with being nickel-and-dimed for every little thing.
