Willow Oaks Apartments

I needed an apt immediately due to sewerage backing up in my past apt… Helen was compassionate and very understanding.. she worked with me as fast as she could.. I am now a tenant and loving it!!! Helen is a true asset to Willow Oaks !!!!

Want to plan an important life change to a new city & find just the right place?? DO NOT TRY WILLOW OAKS! Had very high hopes of leasing with this apartment complex. But to be told one thing one week & then another by SOMEONE ELSE, to be given false hope of an affordable living space, to be told 1 process 1 week & then another price the next, why even waste your time? Kimberly was the original person that gave me the tour, told me about approval & who I originally had been in communications with. AND THEN someone else stated handling things WITH ZERO CARE. Good thing I didn't load up a uhaul with my all of belongings & drive to Bryan, TX this morning. You people have no idea what a wrench you threw in this part of my life's journey. But good luck getting that $1100 move in for a an efficiency from another sucker. Always have a back up plan. And I have YET TO hear back from Kimberly.

Matt was great! He came in and took care of everything that needed to be fixed within 2 days! He explained why certain things weren’t working properly and what was wrong with others and explained how he fixed it all. He ensured we were happy with the results before walking out.

I had a really positive experience with the leasing office. They were very responsive when I reached out with questions and were willing to work with me to figure out the best solution for my situation. I really appreciated how helpful and professional the staff was throughout the process!
