We have been here for over a year now and have been through 3 different management companies and I can tell you first hand how AMAZING the new managers are here, and the front office staff too! Our AC has been an ongoing issue since last year and while our entire AC system had to be replaced, these kind people put us in a hotel for a few days as my very young children couldn’t handle the heat (nor could we). I’ve lived at many different complexes and have never been treated as well as we have been here. I truly do recommend this complex to everyone I know. We have a 3 bed, 2 bath and it’s honestly such a great size for a family with 2-3 kids. We still have an AC issue going on but the complex is still working with us to help resolve this issue and they have been so kind about it too. I can’t tell you how much we truly do appreciate how on it the staff and management has been. All my friends are impressed with how I tell them how helpful the managers have been here. I highly recommend looking into Willow Oaks if you want somewhere quiet and perfect for single parties as well as growing families. This is the first place that has truly felt like home for our family and we are so happy to have renewed our lease here! Also, from everything we’ve seen, the residents don’t seem to have a high turnover rate. Most of our neighbors have been here before us and are still here! It’s truly a great and affordable place to live! We want to thank the management staff and the office staff for going above and beyond to help us, thank you for caring and for all that you guys do. It has made a world of a difference compared to how this property was running back in July when we lost another great management team 👏🏻👏🏻 I will say, the only downside is no one picks up after their dogs here and we go for a lot of walks as a family and it’s insane how much dog poop is left out on the property, residents need to do better.

Josh, who works in leasing is absolutely incredible. Not only did he face the challenges of the fact my unit wasn’t ready due to unforeseen circumstances (not the fault of the office or staff, a resident refused to leave) he was so quick to hop on it and find me another unit exactly what I wanted first floor and everything! He is the most kind and compassionate person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in leasing an apartment. I am diagnosed with severe anxiety so you can only imagine the anxiety I had in this situation - he was so understanding and kept me calm, a great person to work with for residents who may have certain disabilities. The property manager as well is very understanding and kind. The maintenance make you feel as if you were their own family and while they are dealing with a lot, they still try to get to their orders when they can. These units are old and not perfect but please know the staff do care. I really love my new home and I send a big thank you to all the staff here at La Frontera.

When you have something good cherish it before it’s gone. My stay here was great, any minor inconveniences I had was addressed and resolved with the professional leasing consultants, including the property manager. I wasn’t the best nor was I the worst tenant but the staff was always helpful in accommodating our needs. The prerequisites to move in seem unrealistic but it’s for the best, to insure quality tenants who can pay their rent. Within reason this place is perfect and I would recommend to anyone. Everyone from maintenance, to the monthly pest control and other contractors were great. Thank you.

I lived here for 2 years and had a good experience. They do a lot of pest control so as long as you’re clean you won’t have any issues in that regard. The area is quiet and safe. I only had one maintenance issue the entire time and it was fixed very quickly. The apartments are pretty old, but they’re pretty decent quality considering. My only complaints are that my shower head was only 5 and a half feet up, so I had to crouch every time I showered, which was a little annoying. That, and they shut off the water for repairs frequently. Usually they give prior notice, but even with prior notice it’s pretty frustrating to not have water every other month.

Didn't expect to like living here as much as I did as the townhouse I rented didn't exactly fit my lifestyle. However, the quality of the townhouse was good for the price. The office staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating calling me 'sir' as if I hadn't just walked in there with a tie dye shirt and sandals on. Any and all maintenance issues were resolved in a shockingly quick manner with no questions asked and maintenance staff was always very friendly. No complaints about the neighbors too, we all kinda looked out for each other, definitely a friendly place to live. Would recommend to a friend
