Couldn't get inside but outside look neat enough, though not enough parking space

Uneven parking parts of the lot, which made it difficult to walk after the rain. Large puddles

I lived in a double in K ramp last year as a freshman. Building is old and small, but very convenient location and comparatively amazing pricing. I think we had one maintenance request because our shower was pooling badly, took about a week to get looked at. Generally, the staff was kind and helpful, and they do a decent job with what that have. If you’re looking for price, location, and a place to sleep, it’s a good option.
