I had an excellent apartment tour with Ari! He was incredibly detailed, entertaining, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, pointed out features I wouldn’t have noticed on my own, and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. His knowledge of the property and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. I left feeling confident and well informed thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend touring with Ari if you get the chance!

Property responses to reviews seem to be AI generated. Update as of 1/30/2026: do not move to this apartment unless you want to pay almost 1000$ a month for a place with three roommates that you can’t even sleep in because they decided that the loud music that is coming from another entire unit is “acceptable” and “non-violating” even though you have had to stay up until 2am trying to get their useless security guards to come into your unit to actually hear it (you can’t hear it outside!!!) but at least when they do hear it they agree that it is too loud (at least to your face). Then they say they can’t find the source of the noise and drive off. Absolutely worthless place. They would rather relocate you than tell someone to shut off their damn speaker during their quiet hours, which are supposed to be 10pm to 8am, but feel free to practice a god damn instrument during that time, which is what I was told was happening the latest time. Original review: Actually calling for maintenance was good, they responded quickly at least the day after move-in. However, the place was in really bad shape when I got here, something was wrong with nearly every part of my bathroom and there were a lot of light bulbs burned out in the common area as well as a broken power outlet panel. The air vent also hadn’t been changed in what seems like several years. I don’t think they actually check the rooms between tenants. They hadn’t even vacuumed the brand new carpet. The air conditioners directly outside my window are also very loud. They do lawn constantly, so hardly any peace. Good luck finding a parking spot for your legitimate guests if there’s a game going on.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t clean the unit before I moved in. Maintenance is slow and site is hard to navigate. Even during the long Texas summer the pool was not cleaned once. Staff is lazy. Inconvenient leasing office hours. Overpriced. Toilet makes a loud screeching noise every fifteen minutes unless you turn the water off. Dusty. Kitchen sink was designed by an idiot. That being it’s a large sink with no spray attachment so you have to awkwardly move the food to the drain with a spoon and such. The garbage disposal performs poorly. Units are ugly and beat down. Stains on the ceiling, ugly carpet, not like the show unit. The provided trash cans for trash service are too small, may as well just leave your trash bag on the floor next to it. The air conditioning stops working at random times. For over a month, the water didn’t get hot or stay hot for more than 7 sad minutes. Looking for a new place to live asap. I wish I could warn incoming students to stay away from this place. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because there’s worse out there. Places need to take accountability. Fire everyone. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

My Daughter is in grad school and has been here for a few years. Great location, walkable, but better with an electric scooter. Quiet, good activities and gym/pool. Price is nice compared to others right around the school. She is in a 3 room unit, each with its own full bath, and a shared common area.

Quiet and serene place. The staff is courteous and they keep doing fun activities time to time to keep the residents feel at home. Beautiful pool and great gym. UT is the kind of place you would like to come home to!
