University Square Apartments

🚨 University Square Apartments is a nightmare. They’re old, musty and outdated. They still don’t have a mail delivery system going on 2 years now. Several packages lost by the front office. Not to mention they CHARGE their residents to park in their own parking lot. Best advice STAY AWAY. They cost too much for the horrible accommodations. Everyone I know is NOT renewing their lease. Regarding the mail….I have had two tracked packages missing from the “secure” closet where they store mail. It’s a joke. The additional money for parking was added after the lease was signed and we were threatened with towing my car if we didn’t agree to sign the contract with the towing company. Avoid this horrible place.

10/10 management! The new Assistant Manager, TJ, is awesome and has been great to work with. Having the bus stop right in front of the office is incredibly convenient, especially since I don’t have a car. Thanks to the GM, I was able to move in within a week and receive an entire month free. Hands down the best bang for your buck in the College Station area!!

Jenna was the best person in the world today. She helped me so big. Shout out to her for being so patient and informative with me. She made my experience with your company so smooth. Really great service provided. Let get her a promo or a raise or something guys. She got skills!!

It’s just a short walk to campus, which means my daughter can get to class quickly without worrying about parking or transportation. Plus, she’s surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, and other conveniences, so she always has something to do when she needs a break from studying. Overall, University Square Apartments has been a fantastic home for her, and I’m so glad she found this place. We’ve already renewed our lease because it’s been a hassle-free experience from the start. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and well-managed apartment near campus!
