U Club Townhomes on Marion Pugh

WOW! 5 stars across the board. I absolutely loved it here. I don’t typically do reviews, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to let everyone know how amazing my experience was! Between the friendly management, quick service, and beautiful property, these will forever be my favorite townhomes. Thanks Uclub staff for making my experience so memorable!

I’ve had a great experience living here. The location is super convenient—there’s a bus stop right outside, which makes getting to and from school a breeze. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, and the facilities are modern and well-kept. I especially appreciate the pods inside the buildings—they’re incredibly useful for studying or relaxing. The housing itself is impressive: spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the front desk people are super helpful and very nice.

It's a wonderful place, close to campus, and away from the crowd. The amenities are great. The common areas are clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. It's just walking distance from Kyle Field. If you prefer the bus, it is on the bus route to campus. U Club is very highly recommended by me, without question.

Great town homes walking distance to A&M campus. Also on the bus route for days you don't want to walk. Spacious living areas and bedrooms. The staff are great and responsive. It's also located on the quieter side of campus! Highly recommend!

This is the third off campus student housing property I have had experience with at College Station and so far the best one. The units are relatively new and clean, and built fairly well for student housing. I have not experience issues I have at other units such as mold, peeling paint, and ceiling fans dangling seemingly by one screw. Based on the unit and location, and I think it's a good value for the rent they charge and would recommend checking it out.
