The photos in the listing are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the apartments. I would strongly discourage anyone from living here. The general maintenance is extremely poor. The apartment was in terrible shape when we moved in: broken cabinets that wouldn’t close, stained carpets, dirty bathrooms that couldn’t be cleaned no matter how hard we tried, and greasy ceiling fans. The air conditioning barely works and makes a constant, awful noise that makes it hard to sleep or concentrate. Despite all this, we were charged a cleaning fee when we moved out—even though we left the place significantly cleaner than we found it. The sports courts were recently renovated, but now they’ve become the neighborhood’s unofficial recreation center—crowded and noisy most evenings. The pool is constantly filled with people from other complexes, and there is zero supervision or access control. Residents have even reported thefts in the laundry room, adding to the sense of insecurity. But the worst experience by far was when our dog went missing. Both my wife and I left the apartment at the same time. Our dog barks loudly when he's outside, so we would’ve noticed if he had followed us. The door only opens inward and is not easy to open—certainly not something a dog could do alone. When we returned, our dog was gone. We spent the entire afternoon and night searching until we eventually found him in Bryan. The next day, we spoke with management. That’s when they casually mentioned that a neighbor had told them our front door had been left open for several hours during the day. Excuse me? As managers, shouldn’t they have immediately contacted us? We asked the neighbor—he saw the door open but didn’t close it. We asked management—they claim they never entered and never closed it. And yet when we came home, the door was closed. What kind of thief enters an apartment, lets a pet escape, and then kindly locks the door behind them? Accidents happen—we get that. But the lack of honesty and accountability is what made this situation truly unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, management denied everything and left us to deal with the consequences. The only redeeming quality of this complex is the landscaping—the gardens are actually quite nice and well maintained. But that alone is nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero.

Absolutely do not live here. We had a terrible experience living in these apartments. Management repeatedly entered our unit without notice or permission, even letting our dog escape one day. They didn’t inform us, didn’t help us find him, and never took any responsibility for what happened. Despite these serious breaches of privacy and security, they refused to let us break the lease and forced us to keep paying rent until the end. We had to install our own security cameras to feel safe in our own home. The apartment itself was filthy when we moved in — cockroaches, spiders in the carpet, and a long list of damages, which we reported right away. Still, after moving out, they deducted from our deposit for things that were already there when we moved in, including the stained carpet and pre-existing damage. Avoid this place at all costs. Living here was a nightmare.

My boyfriend and I lived in Tower Park Apartments for two years. From the day we contacted Eva to get a tour of the apartment to our last day , Eva, Julie, and the two maintenance staffs have been incredible. They have always made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and understood. All our maintenance requests were promptly resolved and both the guys who work their to do that are super helpful, friendly, and respectful. Eva is the best part of this place, she builds a genuine connection with her residents and truly cares for them. Thank you, Tower Park apartments for making our two years so enjoyable. Big shout out to Eva once again! She is awesome:)

Lived for 4 years there. Very conveniently located (I used to walk over to Target during my walks, HEB is practically next door), utilities included, free parking (I have lived in an apartment where inviting visitors was a problem because of parking issues, but not in this one), quick maintenance (maintenance crew lives in the complex so they are available all the time and come in a few hours), super friendly management (Julie was the best, my son flew his drone to the roof of another building and couldnt get it down, she had a maintenance guy go to the roof and pick it up in a few hours time. Also, they got us new carpets when we moved in because my son had allergies in our previous apartment), clean pool, good tennis and basketball court, friendly community. Cons: Apartments are a little old and living downstairs can be a bit of a problem if you have noisy people living upstairs (but living downstairs also gives you your own little patio that you can utilize), even though the outside lawns were usually clean and trimmed, some neighbors did not clean up after their pets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

I've lived here for 2 years now. I've loved it! I don't have any problems with the management team. Any time I've had an issue they are have always made it right. And, I've only had two issues. Once, my bathroom ceiling was flooded, but because my upstairs person did not report a leak. But they came right away, to inspect the damage. Fixed it as soon as they could. And the water was turned off one day, but by the city, not our complex. And the city came out and fixed the issue. But I've enjoyed my time at this apartment. The yard is always cut, and I've never seen anything inappropriate going on. It is an older apartment complex, but rent is cheap and includes all bills. :)
