DO NOT MOVE HERE Imagine coming back from christmas break just to see your entire floor dirty with mud and your bathtub having all of your mats and rugs in it with ample amounts of dirt sitting there for god knows how long. Well this happened to me and guess what I didn't get a single ALERT or MESSAGE from the team that someone is going to displace my belongings and make my entire apartment dirty coming back from christmas break. This team didn't give me a single alert and guess what now my mats and completely ruined my shower has permanent stains from this and when I move out I know that Zone management will charge me for since they are so pathetic and terrible to their clients. I know sending a compliant won't get me compensation either because of how greedy they are as well. The Zone is a terrible spot to live in if you want your place to be raided and have your place dirtied and your belongings displaced live at The Zone. I can't believe a team would go into a paying clients unit dirty the place ruin some belongings and have the audacity not to contact the client. I hope to see some compensation from The Zone team, but if they somehow try to make an excuse from this I will post an update. DO NOT LIVE HERE

I would strongly advise against living here. My apartment has flooded twice, both times without any warning or actionable prevention from management. Despite repeated concerns, management’s response has been dismissive, claiming “it just happens and it can happen to anyone.” Now, there is mold under my bathroom sink, which is incredibly unsafe and concerning. Overall, management is unresponsive and unprofessional, showing no initiative to properly maintain units or protect residents. This has been a frustrating and unsafe living experience, and I cannot recommend this complex to anyone.

We would like to sincerely thank Ethan for everything he has done for us. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help us find the most suitable apartment. He took the time to understand our needs and made sure we got the best possible deal. Ethan put in extra effort to ensure we could benefit from a fair and affordable price, and that meant a lot to us. His positive energy and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Every time we spoke with him, his enthusiasm and professionalism truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who cares this much about making others comfortable. We always felt supported and valued thanks to his hard work and kindness. We are truly grateful for his dedication and patience throughout everything. Working with Ethan has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you for everything, Ethan. we’re so glad to have met you!

Nice apartment complex with Aggie Spirit bus stop near by. We did have roach problem in the beginning but it was sorted after one pest control. Maintenance requests were always resolved in a timely manner. Apartment was also nice with properly functioning appliances.

Considering its distance to the campus, the rent is not too high. It’s just the rent gets higher and higher every year and it’s frustrating. The rent does not include utilities. The pool is pretty much public an it’s loud near the pool at noghts. I see nonresidents there every now and then.
