The Zone

Let me start this off by saying I rarely ever do reviews. When I mean ever, I mean it. It really has to be bad (which to preface this is only the second bad review I’ve left so that means something) or it really has to be amazing. And in this experience, it’s the most downright awful experience I’ve had ever, and i didn’t even live here. I’ve been a frequent visitor as my boyfriend lived there over the pasted two years. We just now moved in together to a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood and due to the zone’s terrible maintenance, we have tracked in countless of roaches to our once pest free home. When moving his stuff there was roaches and roach feces anyway and absolutely everywhere. And btw they still charge you for pest control, but where’s the control??? The only thing on the tour they’re showing you is most likely the newly renovated pool to win you over. Get ready to sign your soul over and pay overpriced, unnecessary fees when getting the lowest quality possible.

Wonderful place to stay!

My experience here has been extremely disappointing. Our home was flooded, and we were forced to live in very poor and uncomfortable conditions for far longer than any resident should. When we first moved in, the apartment was extremely dirty. We spent five days cleaning it just to make it livable. Most of the fixtures and appliances were very old, and there is almost no energy saver, which caused our utility bills to be more than double a normal apartment. Throughout all of this, we felt ignored rather than supported. Based on what we went through, I strongly recommend that future residents think very carefully before choosing this community.

Juan was great; quick and professional, he got the job done and was very friendly.

I absolutely love The Zone. Not only is their staff respectful and fast acting when a problem is at hand, especially the maintenance man Israel, but they have lots of amenities! I very much recommend staying here!
