Manager, Rafael, is very attentive and professional. I appreciate his direct and Fair approach to policies and resident living. It kept our community quiet and clean. I’m sad it closed down on 07/31/25, wherever he manages next, I want to live there!

Only positive is its proximity to campus. Otherwise, everything is just straight up horrible and management could not care less. Just to give you an example, the laundromat (which is severely underequipped btw, 3 odd machines for hundreds of residents) is out of order for 2 months running now, and the management's response is to use the public laundromat around 1.5 miles from this place. How do they expect international students without a car to get their clothes washed?

The apartments here are in terrible condition. Everything seems to be falling apart. The doors are not sealed well enough and bugs keep entering. The floors creak (upstairs in the townhomes). Another huge issue is how there are only a few washing machines/ driers which everyone uses and also people from neighboring apartment Normandy square use it. It gets really difficult to wash your clothes as it's always full. In short, I do not recommend this even to students who are on a tight budget. If you look around a bit, you will find much more comfortable options that suit your budget. P.S. I have heard there is a rat problem as well now

A perfect place for students to stay on a budget. Although there are frequent maintenance issues, the management was usually prompt in responding (except that one time when it took them over two months to fix two leaks. Libertie was an excellent person! The staff is very polite and very professional.

An economical space with most of the utilities. Most of the houses have refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and induction stoves(coils). Only bad thing is there are no white bulbs, it will be tough for especially students to study in yellow light bulbs. But you can always buy one from Walmart or any nearbuy stores. One last thing pool is way way smaller than what's shown online😂.
