I would not recommend living at this apartment for the next few years because of the construction (Written Jan 2026). If you do stay here, hope and pray that you don’t live on the east side facing College Street like I do. 1) The construction noise is terrible - it wakes me up most everyday and is loud from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Saturday. I don’t think the other side of the building hears any of it, but if you’re close to it, better get used to constant beeping, cutting, and nail guns 2) With absolutely no advance notice, our visitor parking was taken away for Phase 3 or whatever - extremely frustrating, abysmal communication and accommodation from The Stack. 3) The parking garage elevator breaks almost every other week and the lack of communication about it utterly sucks. It especially to sucks to live on the 5th floor like I do. The gate into the upper garage floor has issues from time to time too Otherwise, after 3 years here, The Stack isn’t too bad - the price is comparatively good for the location, proximity to campus is great, there’s free stuff throughout the semester, and maintenance is fast. But while this construction is happening, I wouldn’t recommend it. Edit: down grading to 2 stars because when the fire alarm gets worked on or some stack staff randomly activates it for some reason, it’s very loud and annoying. I can’t wait to move out

I've only been here for a semester and change, but so far the experience has been great! Management is awesome and maintainence is quick and responsive (although my ice maker is really stubborn about staying broken despite maintenance's best efforts lol). We have lost some amenities due to renovations and construction, but I'm really excited to see what's in store when all that is done!

I recently visited The Stack, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ms. Erica showed me around the property, and her professionalism, welcoming attitude, and thorough knowledge made everything smooth and enjoyable. The community itself is impressive, but the gym is truly a standout feature. It’s spacious, modern, and equipped with high-quality fitness equipment—easily comparable to a commercial gym. Whether someone enjoys weight training, cardio, or a combination of both, the setup is clearly designed with residents’ goals and comfort in mind. Overall, The Stack made a strong and memorable impression. If you’re considering a new place to live, this location is absolutely worth serious consideration.

Living at The Stack has been such a comfortable and welcoming experience. The community is small, but everyone looks out for each other, which makes it feel like home right away. Doan-Nhi Nguyen was incredibly helpful-she answered all my questions, walked me through everything with so much patience, and even connected me with the manager to explore more housing details. Her dedication truly stands out. I’m excited to continue living here for the next few years!

The Stack is an ideal space for students to live! Management is very friendly and attentive. Doan Nhi helped us out on our visit and gave us all the information we needed to make us feel confident in our decision to sign the lease! I’m even more excited to be living in College Station now.
