Hot water has been out for over a month at this point, and the leasing office can't even tell me when the problem will be fixed. Terrible communication around this issue and I can't recommend anyone renting from a place where you can't be guaranteed hot water.

It is one of the best rental properties I've ever been at. The management is incredibly friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance guy Jose is great! requests are handled quickly, and everything is always kept well maintained. Office lady Kaitlin is super sweet and very helpful!

The leasing agent kaitlin was really helpful and sweet, I went in looking for an apartment and she made the whole process super easy for me! She had a smile on her face the whole time and she was quick to help me with any questions I had along the way. It has honestly been the easiest and fastest process that I have gone through all thanks to her. Would definitely recommended stopping by to see this amazing woman by far the nicest and most helpful leasing agent I have encountered!

DO NOT LEASE HERE I moved into The Point recently, and my unit was not in move-in ready condition. It was dirty from the start, with ongoing pest issues (roaches and drain flies) that still haven’t been resolved. Not to mention the breaker box was completely sealed shut because it had been painted over so many times. When I’ve raised these concerns, management has been dismissive instead of helpful. At one point, the property manager told me, “you leased an old place, what do you expect?” This attitude, along with the lack of follow-through, has left me feeling that resident concerns are not taken seriously here. Future residents should be aware that units may not be properly prepared before move-in, and management may not provide meaningful help with resolving ongoing issues Edit: The pool has been closed for about 2 months. Don’t let them overcharge you for an amenity they no longer can offer.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Point on Redmond! The complex is clean, quiet, and well-kept, and I’ve always felt safe here. The best part by far is the management team Kaitlin and Kristy are truly amazing. They’re professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make this a great place to live. Highly recommend The Point on Redmond to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community!
