Hannah B has the best customer service I’ve ever seen at any apartment complex! She was super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She answered all my questions clearly, went out of her way to explain the options, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about making sure people feel comfortable and informed.

Been searching for a place to live next semester, and through talking to multiple properties, I can definitively say the lofts has the best customer service. A young lady by the name of Hannah B was so extremely helpful and informative that I just had to leave a review. I think I might just live here in the future.

Never move here. I repeat move elsewhere in college station and avoid this place. Property manager doesn’t know how to treat tenants and or do her job. When my microwave was broken she told me “don’t you have an oven”. This was in a meeting I had with her that involved many other issues and complaints. Another issue was upon move in the apartment was a complete mess and very dirty. I would like to say I’m grateful for only those move in issues. Because having air conditioning was a blessing because my neighbors and many other tenants did not have A/C for months in August and September. The maintenance team tries their hardest to fix issues but can not provide help to the massive complex with such a small team. Property is Under maintained to say the least. I would like to accredit the front desk team and the maintenance crew that were present during my lease with great service. The problem lies with upper management. Front desk was always awesome.

Overall, not a bad place to live for the pricing and distance away from campus. It has had its issues, such as the internet problems and the strange trash pickup system. However, compared to other apartments that are either super expensive or super cheap, the Lofts is a solid middle ground complex that is decent and a good spot to live based on location and the services. Been here for three years, so it's a pretty solid choice considering that I have stayed with them for so long.

Coming from a current resident: Please listen to the reviews and do not sign here. I signed for a year and move out in 9 days and I can’t get out fast enough. Obviously like any other apartment complex, it has its pros and cons. The amenities such as the gym and pools are nice, and the fact that it’s furnished with washers and dryers are nice, but everything else is horrible. The entire complex is ALWAYS dirty, the pavement being stained and foul smelling liquids spilled in the hallways, dead bugs, etc. There was a week where the fire alarm would go off every 2-3 hours, including throughout the night and the only explanation we got was after day 4 they said they were “looking into the issue”. You literally could not sleep. I was sitting on my couch one evening and I heard water dripping and I look up to see a hole in my ceiling dripping water. I called emergency maintenance and the guy came out and put A BUCKET and left it there for A WEEK. When I called, they said that the ticket had been incorrectly marked “complete” and it then took them another 6 days to come fix it. It left my cabinets moldy and there’s still a spot where it’s not entirely patched up. The internet will go out for days at a time. They ended up switching companies about 3 months ago and they are still accessing our units to “try and resolve the ongoing issues”. It does not work in certain parts of the apartment and is unreliable in all others. As someone who just finished their junior year at A&M, this was horrible during finals season. Another issue is safety. The doors and door codes break all the time and are constantly left open to the public. They are poorly maintained to the point I’ve been locked out of my apartment multiple times due to malfunctioning keypads. The last thing I’m going to mention is the trash service. I bought a brand new doormat to place outside my door and awoke one morning to it being ruined. They place my trash can directly in front of my door on my door mat go cover a huge, garbage smelling stain and scratches. I’ve reached out to the apartment complex to try to resolve this and but I doubt they will answer as they never do. The people who work at the front desk are amazing and I am not faulting them at all. Logan has been so helpful, as well as Jacob. It is the management company and managers. Please, if you are a student or parents of a student looking for a place live, do not sign here. The price is not worth it and you can find much better options elsewhere.
