Do not live here. It is a nice area next to Wolf Pen Creek park, but the apartment and building management are so bad it is not worth it. The five star reviews on here must be fake because I am not sure how anyone could give this place five stars.

I've been here for more than 3 years, and honestly I can't wait to move out. My apartment has been flooding from the washer/dryer units not working, the rent fluctuates so drastically monthly that it's impossible to keep up. The trash "valet" is a monthly charge automatically paid in your portal but they never pick up the trash, and when the trash isn't picked up at all or on time they blame you and charge everyone in your unit +$8 for every time it's not inside of your unit. So at this point I'm paying the complex for my roommates and myself to go down a bunch of floors to the dumpster behind the complex to throw out all of the old garbage bags they didn't pick up even when the app said they would. Even if the "valet trash" app says they're about to pick it up, they never do AND still charge you for all of this and a "rent damage" fee when you don't repick it up in time. Mind you, my roommates and I work multiple jobs to pay for all of these charges and the rent. We don't have time to come running home to pick up the bags of garbage they didn't pick up in time to not get charged all of these daily fees that have increased my rent ~$200 almost every month. All I'm saying is beware of these hidden fees. You'll call management about the trash not being picked up at all, and about all of these issues you're having and instead of helping, they'll charge you $22 on your portal for not cooperating with the property and just having complaints in general. If you value your money go ANYWHERE ELSE PLSSS. They have gone downhill so much and they genuinely think that by hosting "tenant events" that you pay for in those hidden fees anyway that they are doing their job... They are not. They never give out packages in time. They lost two of mine already. Management is so rude and inconsiderate. Trash valet is nonexistent yet is an expense you HAVE to pay for in those hidden fees. The hallways are dirty and gross. The units themselves are never what they advertise them to be. My final example is that when I moved into my unit, they had charged me a "cleaning fee" to get the apartment ready... I found toenail clippings inside the desk and bathroom floor. On the carpet... The fridge still had food stains in it. Clearly it was not cleaned at all and they just pocketed the cleaning fee. Oooo and also... When we left trash out for about 2 hrs after 8 pm when they didn't pick it up (they said they would) they charged my two roommates $8 for the trash fee for leaving it outside. I got charged $8 at first, then got send a text reminder to pay the fee and when I replied back with complaints about how the trash valet never does its job they charged me $30 for a "property destruction fee" in the portal... My roommates who didn't complain only got charged the $8. So like... they now also punish people who complain by charging them more money... Never touching this complex again in my life. Save yourself and lease anywhere else.
