The Heights

Been living here for 2 years now, Tyler and his team always take care of anything that goes wrong and are constantly working hard to keep our houses going. Lived in a few other properties and none of them come close to this maintenance team. Preciate yall a lot.

This is the best place I’ve ever lived. After just a couple months of moving here, I resigned my lease for the next 2 years. Heavily recommend!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! The management is horrible and leave their issues with the front desk student workers. The manager wasn’t even there for the 24/25 move in! Upon move in, my roommates and I all found the place dirty. And I found moldy apples and maggots wrapped in paper towels in my bathroom. Along with a toilet unflushed and dirty floors. This was never properly settled and then they are trying to charge me 360 dollars for this carpet fee! They are money hungry and do not care about their residents. Plus the houses are nothing special and the guest parking in horrible. Iykyk

Had to come leave a review because I was throughly impressed by The Heights and the staff on move in day. My daughter had lived at a near by community very similar to this one and I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. So my expectations were low when she decided to move in here. Let me say the minute we walked into the house I was impressed how clean it was and there was nothing in need of repairs. The communication between the heights and their residents is wonderful. Move in day we noticed her box spring they supplied was broken so we called to let them know, thinking it would probably be days before they replaced it. Within the hour they had a new one delivered to her and the guy said they offer steam cleaning if she decided she wanted it cleaned. I was shocked it came so quick in the middle of move in day! We appreciate everything going so smoothly and the staff being so helpful. Another added bonus was the security guard was walking around during move in introducing himself to the residents (and parents) letting us know his hours on the property and if they ever needed anything let him know. 5 stars to the heights!

Would never recommend, terrible experience overall!! I lived here for 3 years purely out of convenience, but I deeply regret it. When we moved in, there was a couch blocking the front door, and the house was a disaster: broken countertops, mold, urine on the floors, and hair in the bathroom. Despite claims that it had been “cleaned.” Management is extremely unresponsive. Emails and calls go unanswered, and they add unexplained charges to your account. The front gates didn’t work for the first 2.5 years I lived there, making the property feel completely unsafe. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance team is amazing!! They’re friendly, fast, and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the operation is a mess. Not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
