I have been towed out of my own driveway twice for being too close to the fire lane and for having one tire on the grass. The place is also generally not well kept with the trash cans always overflowing and the pool keeps turning green. Would not recommend.

The entrances to this place are I. The least convenient places possible, it's right next to a bad neighborhood the city is trying to gentrify so the people in the area are kind of wild, and the property is already in a surprising state of general disrepair for how new it is. They allow water runoff to slime the entire public sidewalk along Holloman with algae that makes it less safe to walk. All in all I wouldn't trust the company in charge to care about anything if they don't even care enough not to make public spaces less safe.
