The Dominik Apartments

this place is infested with roaches my mom literally kept settion off roach bombs but they wouldnt go away you had rats and possoms running around in broad daylight and they stole $2000 dollars from myh momma and tried to make her pay it again theirs gigantic spiders and i lived there for three years and those whole three years they had over 30 diffeerent companies and we moved out not to long ago happily if your looking for an apartment pls dont make this an option make sandycreek an option which is where im living happily right now

Horrible place to live. Me and my wife moved from another city and we used Apartment finders they recommended this place. They didn't show us what the apartment looked like. I heard it has been abandoned for a year and half. When she asked if I could give her 5 stars for helping us i found it kind of suspicious. This place had rats,mold in the vents, as well as roaches. We have addressed this issue as well as sent them texts. This is not a place for a family.

ZERO STARS!!!!! You guys are a disgusting excuse for a apartment complex!!!! You have people living in apartments that should be condemned!!!! Then getting on here popping off rude at your tenants all because they are calling y'all out on your bs. It doesn't make y'all cute it makes you guys look even more disgusting. Must be related to all the cockroachs since you guys can't even use pest control! You guys should be sued by every person living there!

I moved out September 2024, received my final statement that said I had a credit and was going to be reimbursed. A few months later they sent me a bill. Never received the refund. Um? Excuse me? You owe me money not the other way around. I have documents to prove it. So your move doninik.
