Horrible place to live. Me and my wife moved from another city and we used Apartment finders they recommended this place. They didn't show us what the apartment looked like. I heard it has been abandoned for a year and half. When she asked if I could give her 5 stars for helping us i found it kind of suspicious. This place had rats, mold in the vents, as well as roaches. We have addressed this issue as well as sent them texts. This is not a place for a family.

0 STARS!!! They have families living in these roach and RAT infested apartments. If you're homeless, it's best to go to a shelter, they actually care and won't have you living with the rats. Don't even think about calling the office or anyone connected to them, be prepared to for the disrespect and rudeness. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

[3/13/2025 10:24am] 0 out of 5 STARS I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism from an apartment front office in all my years of renting. This morning, I called the office politely, greeted them with a “good morning,” and requested assistance with submitting a maintenance and pest control request. Instead of receiving help, I was met with an abrupt and rude response. The staff member sternly demanded my apartment number, and before I could even finish speaking, she cut me off and dismissively told me to submit the request online. Her tone was not only unhelpful but unnecessarily harsh. I was taken aback—after all, I called the front office expecting customer service, not attitude and refusal to assist. I remained calm and simply stated that I would be contacting corporate regarding her behavior. Rather than addressing my concerns, she hung up on me. This situation is especially frustrating because I take great pride in keeping my apartment impeccably clean—some might even say obsessively so. Seeing an infestation this morning was deeply upsetting, particularly since there has been no pest control service provided to residents since January 2025. I have lived here since August 2024 and have never had an issue like this before. Despite my best efforts to maintain my home, it seems that some problems are unavoidable due to the lack of proper management and care for residents. While the maintenance team does a great job, the front office staff’s behavior is unacceptable. They clearly lack professionalism, patience, and basic customer service skills. Anger management and sensitivity training should be a priority for them—because if they speak to the wrong person the way they spoke to me, the outcome may not be as civil. As a responsible resident who always pays rent on time (if not early), I am appalled at the treatment I received. No one should be spoken to in such a condescending and dismissive manner, especially when simply requesting assistance. This experience has made me seriously reconsider recommending this community to anyone.

Get well acquainted with local wildlife, the missing siding makes wonderful homes for creatures Enjoy a lovely view of trash blown across the parking lot filled with potholes and nails from construction. Do get certificates for your tires you will be pulling those bolts and nails from your tires regularly. If you are allergic to mold id stay away from here. The walls and exterior are covered in them. If you want reliable payment systems and a manager who isn’t condescending this is not the place for you. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Here are 38. Anymore and i break google. I have hundreds. Also when and i do mean when not if your apartment becomes unlivable they will not work with you to end your lease. You will literally have to sue them so you dont get sick from mold infestations without destroying your credit. They wont deal with you, they will block your numbers, and emails. Do not make the mistake i did.
