I have lived here now for going on two years. I will be honest with you at first I was nervous just because of the reputation this place has. But after being here and giving it a try I can happily say that they have exceeded my expectations. The office people are extremely supportive when I was sick and needed extra time to pay. Sergio on the maintenance team is amazing and very friendly. He always listens and takes care of the issue as fast as he can. I recommend these apartments anytime I hear someone is looking for a place to live that isn’t overpriced and ruin down. The neighbors are all friendly and keep a watch on all the kids even if they aren’t their own. It’s a good community to be in. I love it here. It’s also a very convenient location there are a lot of nearby businesses

I previously lived here and moved because of management, so I was unsure when a family member moved in—but wow, what a difference now. The property looks much more maintained, and you see the improvements. My sister always mentions how kind and helpful Ivan from office is, and how quick he can help her when she needs anything done in her apartment.

My experience at the complex has been great so far. I live on the second floor, and it’s always quiet and peaceful- I get a full eight hours of sleep every night. Even during my evening walks around the property, it’s calm and relaxing. Shoutout to Ivan in the leasing office for making the application and move-in process smooth and easy. His energy is amazing, and he’s always willing to help with any maintenance requests. Definitely top-tier service!
